The staff and service is amazing. They have great energy and understand prompt customer service. Each employee brings something great to the atmosphere. Even though this is some times a fast paced environment watching them in times of crisis is like watching a well practiced ballet of sorts. The food is cooked and seasoned to optimal wellness and, I mean that knowing that Ive been throughout the greater Cuyahoga county area;and parts of Medina and this by far is my favorite location. There cooks are so fast and calculative in the quality and meats and flipping the rice in the giant mixing bowls I doubt is a easy task. When the staff has a smile and everyone knows their role you have a recipe of success and quality work. When given the opportunity I will always choose this location.

The food taste as good as any other Chipotle but the employees working there might be the worst employees to ever work for a business. They roll their eyes and give you attitude for asking them to do the smallest favor. They dont give you the right amount of chicken especially when you ask for double. We are paying around an extra $2 when we get double but they give you the smallest scoop possible. And every time I go to this Chipotle the line is always long, and even if it isnt long it will still take a while to get your food. The workers here are just lazy and dont want to be there which is why The Mayfield Chipotle is the worst Chipotle in the world.

Ive been going to this location since it opened but the last few times Ive gone have been horrible. Ive placed online orders for pick up that are 20 or 30 minutes late. And they are wrong. Im a vegan so Im very cautious about what I select. Once they put cheese on my order, another time sour cream. Vegans dont eat dairy, so I wasted $10 on a meal I couldnt eat. Theyve also charged me for guacamole, which theyre not supposed to do on veggie bowls. Ive talked to the GM, Sam, and he was super nice and gave me a free burrito for the next time I came in. Unfortunately they messed that up too. I dont know. Its just a really bad location.

I think this is the last time I will visit this, or any, Chipotle. Once I had a good burrito there and enjoyed it. I must have come at a good time. Tonight I went there with two others and I ordered and paid online and set a time for pickup hoping to bypass the long lines I always encounter here. Pickup was relatively easy and the cashier was very pleasant as she gave me my receipt and food. Unfortunately, the food was cold. Id paid my money and so, I ate my dinner. Not worth the money, in my opinion. Next time Ill take my $20 to the grocery store and cook my own dinner. It will be hot.

I go to many Chipotles and the honest truth is the rating will vary depending on the workers because they are always hiring new workers. And that means new problems. Chipotles itself is great, the food has a super good taste, I dont get sick after. Though it does cost more, but well worth it. This location I am a fan of despite being a bit farther away. I get in and out in about 8 minutes (I tend to show up around 1pm). Again, depending on if its a new worker or not, sometimes they mess up. Other times its perfect.

Very poor quality service. The staff is often out of varying ingredients, steak, guacamole, and the chicken has been burnt more often than not. What has kept me from returning though is the rudeness of the staff. The employees at this Chipotle not only treat customers as a burden, but I have witnessed them openly disrespect customers. This is a direct reflection upon the management and I do not recommend anyone to eat at this particular chipotle. Save yourself the wait and frustration and go to another Chipotle.

No complaints on the food, but when the line is backed up all the way around the store (standing in line starting at the register), something is wrong. They need to hire more people. I could walk next door and get a sub in less then 2 minutes, but I stand there for 20+ minutes every time, sometimes a lot longer. So my word for this store. Hire more staff or bring in your best, because the people standing in line are seldom pleased with their experience (given the excellence of how other chipotles run).

I never go to this location because its always sub par , having worked at a restrauntour location in the past im very aware how the food is supposed to taste . The rice was super undercooked and the portions were a little slow. We came an hour and a half to close but I feel like they were coasting to have an easier close. Their job is very demanding desite what most people may think but that doesnt quite make up for the undercooked food.

I went there last week and the staff was extremely pleasant and patient. Not to mention it was almost closing time. They were very polite in asking me what I wanted and didnt give me an attitude when I asked for more rice and more cheese like other Chipotles usually do. The cashier who rung me out was especially pleasant, although I dont know her name. I will definitely be going back.

HORRIBLE experience. NEVER returning to the Mayfield Heights location- the servers are RUDE & disrespectful. Extremely DISAPPOINTED. Thankfully, the Highland Heights Chipotle is only 5 minutes away with a positive atmosphere and great genuine customer service. *Why settle for less when the best is just around the corner??? My Chipotle will always be at the HH location.

The service is always friendly. But the food is THE worst! Meat is never cooked properly, chips are always stale, guac is never made well. The amount of fat left on the steak it repulsive. The quality is just not there. You get more fat and gristle than meat. People are always getting sick from this location. Go to the one on WIlson Mills if you can! Trust me!

Theres no denyoing the food is excellent however this particular store is one of the worst lines and service of any Chipotle Ive visited. Go for dinner and you may expect 15 mins or more in line. One cashier and a lack of urgency by the staff create lines out the door. Go on off times and youll be ok. Otherwise go to Legacy or the Harvard Rd one instead.

Ive have gone to this chipotle multiple times at a variety of times, and every time I have had the slowest service ever. I have seen lines 3 times as long at other Chipotles that have had significantly more efficient service. Not impressed at all. 0/10 in terms of service. Dont come here if you have less than 35 minutes to get food.
