Oh my goodness! My coworker and were going to get the BOGO so I called up Chipotle in warrensville, OH 44122 on 8/02/17 to ask for their fax number to submit our order and the girl who answered said that they dont do the fax thing anymore then put me on hold. It seems that she forgot about me because then this guy named Brandon picked IP the phone(I was close to hanging up by this time). Anyway, I had some questions about ordering online and how that would work with the BOGO. The website requires you enter your credit card info and didnt have an option to state you wanted to pay via cash instead. So I had to hang up to get a card and before I did, Brandon told me to call back if it still didnt give me an option to just pay using cash. So it still didnt give me the option so I called Chipotle back(not thinking they would be able to do anything) and to my surprise Brandon answered again(remembering who I was) and took my order over the phone. I know theyre not supposed to do that but Im grateful that he did that for me just this once. Brandon also encouraged me to try Chipotles app. He was very nice and patient with my numerous questions. So after the great customer service I was surprised that the chicken bowl was AMAZING!!! It not only looked pretty when I opened the container, it tasted 10 times better than what Ive previously gotten. Im actually full this time and not left wondering what happened to the rest of the food. Im laying most of my compliments on Brandon since he was so helpful and probably packed away our food himself. My coworker also thought the food was delicious and both he and I will be letting everyone know where they can find great food.

One of the worst Chipotles that are out there. Start to put in an order for pick up at 10:30 and by the end it says that I have to wait until 1:15 in the afternoon to pick it up. When I get there I wait a good 5-7 minutes before I am even acknowledged by an employee there. When I am I tell them my name and they print the receipt for my order to be made when I put it in at 10:30 in the morning. When I asked one of the employees a question about my order I was ignored until after asking 3 times and then was given an answer with an attitude. They messed up half of the order and was told with again another attitude "we are out of hot salsa" never had the chance to ask for another one to go in my burrito. Getting tired of the attitude there and the service just sucking all together. Wouldnt be surprised to see this location either close or they hire all new staff.

Used to be my favorite Chipotle in the greater Cleveland area. I honestly drive 20 mins out of my way to get there, but the service is now such an issue that ill have to find me another one. If you dont get there before 8, one third of the menu is usually gone and youd think they would have adjusted for demand by now. I just went to pick up an online order only to find they had lost it(or never done it) and then had to wait 30 minutes at the register to finally get my food. I was promised a discount but never received one, and all the ignorant young people that worked behind the counter could do was smack their lips whenever I had a question. It was ridiculous.

The worst Chipotle experience Ive had. My burrito was moving down the line, staff came in to replace ingredients that needed to be refilled. While removing the pan, he carryied it directly over my burrito. I stood and watched the water from underneath the pan drip onto my burrito. I mentioned this to the person preparing my burrito. Her response? "Its only water". I wish I could tell you I just left or asked for the manager, but after the LONG wait and being pressed for time during my hour lunch, I didt. I ate it. I did not get sick or anything, but I will never return to this location.

This location is atrocious. Long lines and waiting is something youre going to get at any Chipotle, but they exacerbate the issue by not planning enough in advance to keep the food trays full. Many of the employees are rude. They skimp on the meat and rice. The place is filthy - we had to go outside to find a clean table and even then had to wipe it down ourselves. No napkins, no paper towels in the bathroom (you think employees are washing their hands with no towels?). Overall, disgusting - will never go back.

Very bad sevice, while filling my order the line person stopped filling my order when a Co worker walked over with his cell phone they began to laugh and invited the other cooks to watch the phone, I stated that I wanted the rest of my order. The cook said just hold on a minute sir, I then said I need the rest of my ordet so I could leave, so then the cashier came over and finished my order, There was about 10 people waiting behind me, I didnt see any management around. Again very bad customer service

Im about this close to calling the health department on this location. This is the 4th time I received inedible food. The most disgusting was uncooked rice and beans. The management staff offers no remorse for their poor service and brushes issues aside. I have completely given up on this chain restaurant. I dont know if this is a Cleveland thing but I refuse to continue to spend my hard earned money at a establishment that refuses to even acknowledge their mistakes. Eat at your own risk.

Just left, only has about 6-10 people in line. Still had to wait for ingredients. When fajitas came up, they were burnt, and only enough for 3-4 burritos, they were out b4 I even moved to the salsa station. Pop was out, informed mgr, wasnt filled Untill I finished my food at atable I had to clean myself. Seeing the short line made me think, this time itll be different, I was seriously wrong. Seems bad customer service and awful overall experience is S.O.P. For this location

Food is good, when they make it correctly. I always have to order through fax/online orders since the lines are so long, and service is so slow. Last time I tried ordering was today, I sent a fax in for two items at 10:53 am and they told me it wouldnt be ready till 12:30 pm. An hour and a half for two items. I would have been better off waiting in their 45 minute line. They need better management and more staff if they are this busy on a constant basis.

Chipotle is generally great but service at this location is a big issue. Needs a serious management shake up. Well.... is there a manager there? Slowest possible service with no sense of urgency when 25 people are lining up. Always crowded, always super slow. Be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes or more as the line is moving sloooooooowwwwww and also possibly wait for the food to be cooked, sometimes shortage on the line for lack of planning.
