Done with this location. Order isnt wrong every once in awhile, its wrong every single time. Order a brownie get a cookie. Order with five toppings get four. When you tell the delivery driver the order is wrong they usually complain that they are just so overwhelmed with orders its hard to keep things straight. Such a disappointment from a well-known brand. Oh and dont ever order the "grilled cheese crusted" pizza unless you want a piece of raw dough with unmelted cheese shoved inside. Disgusting.

My daughter ordered and picked up a family box for us with a coupon. The store was full of inexperienced employees and they refused to accept the coupon. On top of the rudeness, they charged for a 2 liter they did not give us and the food was cold and hard. I am a regular customer but they are going to lose my business and on top of this there is no way to leave feedback with them on their website. Bad business Pizza Hut at Bartram Walk.... You have a lot of good competition

Always fresh and quick, but seem to be out of wings a lot. I order, ordered, from here weekly, a few random times and the past three weeks in a round I get a call 20-30 minutes after I order saying would I rather have bone out wings or for them to remove them from my order. Wish they had wings, or at least called way earlier so I can order from another store. cough cough papa johns. They are a decent location otherwise.

I always order from here and have it delivered. Always perfect. And the one time they forgot something, it was right at my door 10 minutes later with extra items and then I got a discount AND a call to make sure everything was good to go. I love this place. Will always order from them. :)

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza restaurant until bad service and poorly cooked pizza changed my mind. Since the Bartram Oaks location opened up, I havent had a single problem and the costumer service is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Frequent customer. Very good balance of food quality and price. I call ahead and they estimate the time when it will be ready. You could set your watch by it. Very satisfied.

These guys are really cool. The pizza is great. They workers are always nice, especially this one guy, I wish I got his name, he had glasses. So yeah, very nice.
