I usually have a great experience with Chick-fil-A. The food is fresh and hot. The customer service is excellent. They are friendly and polite. At drive thru, they always ask, "how may I serve you?" and ,"its my pleasure. " BUT, whenever I go after 3 or 4 pm, Ive noticed its an awful experience. The person taking order is not friendly. They dont ask, " how may I serve you? Instead its, " go ahead with your order!" The food is not hot and fresh. Its warm and stale. I usually dont complain but Im fed up with paying a lot of money and getting stale food and crappy service. The frustrating part is that the manager was standing there and serving the food. I fault management for not giving consistent quality service and quality food. If the morning shift could be so friendly and the food is fresh, it should be carried out by the evening shift. Hopefully, there would be some changes.

Service of communism. We get there at 10:27 waited in drive thru line and when we got to the order box they informed us they werent serving breakfast. I explained we were there before breakfast was over. They took our breakfast order. We order 2 4 count minis without the chicken. The mini tasted like they had been sitting there since early morning and looked like they had been stepped on. Really disappointing.

You have any up this is one of the most popular Chick-fil-As in Southeast Georgia. There is always in line and for good reason. Everything is always fresh the staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. Management is always on point. Excellent spot for tourist and families with small children period a great respite when visiting Saint Simons.

The last time I went they got my order wrong. By the time I went back to get the correct food items the other food was cold. When I finally got all the correct food I realized they forgot the pickle on my chick fil a sandwich. Its the first time Id ever had one without the pickle. I realized the pickle makes a big difference.

Had lunch 08-01-2017 and redeemed a local coupon card (expires at end on 2017) that I bought from a Boy Scout at St Simons Elementary. One small milkshake w purchase of a #1... the server would not honor card.. makes NO sense. We live and work on St Simons, and will not be back(principle) Very unfortunate:(

Went inside for ice cream. Waited in line for ten minutes only to have cashier walk away to assist drive thru person, without as much as a, "Ill be right back." Took a different worker to notice I had not be helped and finally got my order taken. Ice cream was good, but service there is terrible, at best.

I dont usually go to this place but when I did, I used the drive through for a friend and the staff were incredibly friendly and they got the order right the first time which is a big plus for people like myself who always check their order before pulling forward and leaving the restaurant.

It was awful fire everyone because I hate everything my nuggets were turds literally and they tasted like butt and you guys suck and should be fired especially sharquashia who sat on me and farted on me this chick fil a is a joke and should be knocked down and rebuilt into a zaxbys

Chick-Fil-A has better customer service than any other fast food place anywhere you go in the country. While this CFA location is still better service than the average chain, it is definitely below my usual expectations of the stellar service at CFA.

My family eats here about once a week. Very friendly staff. Recommend going in and eating the drive thru can get very busy and most days at lunch you will backup into the main road
