We ordered 5 large pizzas for a business meeting at work, We called in soon as they opened, placed the order and paid in advance. We were told they would be delivered within the next 30 minutes. We waited 50 minutes before attempting to call 9 different times on 2 separate phones only for it to ring and ring endlessly with no answer. Finally after we drove up there to pick up the pizzas ourselves after more than an hour, another employee finally got an answer on the phone and was told they were slammed and didnt have time to get to our order until just a little while before we picked it up. If you are running a business you must make time to at the least call to apologize and let the customer know what is going on. I think it was handled incorrectly as a business. I understand places get busy. However you have a right as a customer service provider to be diligent to your duties. One call with a short and apologetic explanation can dissolve a situation faster than you ignoring the situation. It was very unprofessional!

I go to this pizza hut all the time and I have never had any trouble. My pizza is usually ready before they said it would be, and the staff is always eager to answer any questions I have when ordering. They may be q bit distracted at pick up time, but hey, theyre busy. Overall, great pizza hut!

I have been given the run around by two pizza huts in Brunswick and the only one in Darien in order to deliver pizza. I ask for the bbq bacon cheeseburger pizza, and the response I received was "we dont have cheeseburgers here".......
