I would give no stars if I could...so here it goes...Upon entering we were greeted with a smug look and felt I welcomed. The place was empty except for the owners two friends at the bar that she was drinking with. You could tell the owner just wanted to drink and not serve us. We read the sign outside that said.."best coffee ever!"...we were suckers and went in! Lol we had our baby with us and ordered a coffee and a decaf. Our baby made a "talking" sound and one of them at the bar said loudly.."it is cute when its your baby, but not when it isnt!" Wow! I dont expect people to gush over our baby, but to insult paying customers! She is clearly in the wrong business. Lets not forget, the bathroom was locked and you have to ask for a key like you are at a skeezy gas station in a bad part of town! Do not go there, if you want to enjoy yourself and your family.

I love this place! My friends and I love sitting down to some awesome bottles of wine and home cooked made to order food. The owner knows everthing about wine. So its fun to have this kind of service and try new types of wine. Her coffee is the best. The only kind I can drink without anything added. Very smooth. The menu is just enough for what you are there for. Its a great place for coffee wine even tea and a bite of home cooked food. Pleasant music and good conversation and not to mention neat gifts. Her scones btw are awesome. And sometimes she has something extra cooking thats not on the menu. She will also give you appropriate cups for ouside seating so you can stay or leave. The owner knows her stuff ask about good deals on wine. She will be glad to help you out , very direct and honest.

What a miserable experience. The first thing we noticed was a stale odor but chose to try to overlook it. When I ordered our two cappuccinos I was met with a scowl and an unpleasant question as to whether they would be for here or to go. We ordered for here. My very kind husband made nice comments to the miserable woman behind the bar, the owner, about the paintings on all the walls and tried in other ways to be nice to her. When someone came in and picked up a to-go order he asked her "oh, you make food here too?" She responded with a very rude "theres a menu right there." When she brought the check she held on to our credit card saying she wouldnt give it back until she got a signature. Needless to say we will never return.

This has been one of our favorite spots in the Bay Area for delicious food, coffee and desserts for years. All homemade. Family owned and operated. There is an amazing wine menu. Enjoy a bottle in-house or take some home. Proprietor knows her wines, so its fun discussing the selections and their origins. The cafe is located on Broadway in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. There is covered outdoor public seating to enjoy dining with the pups. Artwork inside was created by artist Anna Hamilton, who has done many of the dog murals throughout this quaint dog-friendly town.

The owner was horrible and extremely rude. I am 70 years old and disabled. I entered with a service dog. Immediatale she told me to get out in a harsh and angry tone. I explained to her she was a service dog. She indignantly asked for documentation. I told her by Federal Law I am not required documentation. Any business that sells or prepares food must allow service animals in public areas. She repeated get out now yelling at me. I left.

We arrived around 5ish and were the only couple in the place. We werent made to feel welcome and should have gone with our instinct and left. Didnt notice on the menu until we had already ordered our drinks that they only accepted cash or Amex. However, we stayed and my husband had to go to the AMT to get some cash. Two sandwiches; small coca cola and a glass of red wine was just a little over $28. Not impressed.

I have been to Cappuccinos only once. I thought the prices were very high. On the other hand, I was on my own and got an AMAZING sandwich and a terrific coffee, which I took down to the marina to enjoy by the water. So the wares were lovely (as was the service), but its something Id reserve for when Im feeling flush with cash--sadly a rare occasion.

Great coffee here, why? They use a real imported espresso machine thats well maintained, filtered water, and fresh locally roasted beans. The standard cappuccino is perfect every time. Cash or AMEX only. Waldorf salad is prepared to order with quality you can appreciate.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spot! We were passing through and really wanted a true Espresso. Nice, Bold, Hearty-to say the least! While I was at it, decided to try some scones and took home some of their homemade muffins, best few dollars I spent on the trip!

This place was not worth the service. I came in with my little sister to grab some coffee and was very rudely greeted and even yelled at by the owner for my 11 year old sister bringing in some chocolates from across the street. I was very upset.
