After eating at your restrurants in at least 10 states, Ive finally had my first negative Panera experience. It was a slow Saturday when I came to eat. The restaurant was dirty, I waited for nearly 5 MINUTES at the counter (along with several other people for no apparent reason); no one greeted me, apologized for the delay, or offered to take my order. Finally a lady came up to the register looked at me and smiled without saying a word. I said, "Can I order?" She replied, "Sure." My food was fine but the restroom was dirty, the tables uncleaned, and even when I went back to order something to go from the bakery, the staff was slow, unresponsive, and unfriendly. I just decided to wait. I love Panera and eat at one about 5 times a week but Ill never come back to this one.

Got carry out: sandwich and a bread bowl with soup. The sandwich was good, but skimpy on the meat. The bread bowl with soup is why Im giving a bad rating. The bread bowl was good, but since I got this to go, I received a VERY SMALL container of soup that only half filled the bread bowl. The soup I got was Chicken Noodle and it was essentially broth with 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken and a few noodles. Very disappointing. What astonishes me is why give such small quantities? What would another 4-6 oz of soup cost?

As with most chains, this "link" measures up to all the rest. Tasty food, good pastries, and generally fast service. Ive always found Paneras prices to be a bit high for the quality of the food, but I find myself coming back time and time again. That being said, the only way this location stands out from the rest is due to their impeccable track record of messing up orders. Its a true rarity when I place a to-go order and there isnt at least one item missing.

Good service with excellent food, but the portions are small for the price. This was the first time I used the on-line ordering and the process was fantastic. This is a consistent go-to lunch stop that is good for meeting up with people or a solo dining experience.

Very expensive for serving amount. Chicken noodle soup not as good as it used to be. Watery stock, very few noodles, but loads of celery and carrots. Decent amount of chicken, though. Mac and cheese tasty. Smoothie very small for price.

This is a great panera to study at or hang out. I love paneras food, its fresh, organic, theyre removing preservatives, and it tastes great. Its a little pricey and skimpy on some portions (like meat on breakfast sandwiches) but not too bad!

This is my view of fast food. Great service, short waiting and excellent food, great variety and a lot of natural products. And cant get enough of Panera. Too bad we dont have one in down town otherwise Ill go there every work day.

Friendly service, great food, and the typical Panera environment. This location has the benefit of having a drive thru when you are in a hurry and also accepts online and mobile payments. Easy access off I-75 for those traveling.

Driving through in the morning for business I stopped and had a cup of coffee from this Panera location. the coffee was a little too watered down and Ive been coming to Panera for years. Way too watery

Ive always experienced great service here, and the staff is friendly. As an added bonus to this Panera, it has a drive thru! Its very convenient, and makes for a quick lunch.
