9-21-16 10am. Wife went in to discuss possibly making a train cake for my twins bday. She was met with sarcasm, bitchiness, and being patrionized. This woman proceeded to tell my wife, "if they even wanted to do the cake it would be hard and really expensive and she didnt know our budget". Guess what its not your business to know our budget. Just simply tell us you can or cant do it, how much and provide alternatives if you cant make the cake. Needless to say all this woman did was talk to down to my wife, out of ordering any kind of cake now and going to someone else with our business. Weve had good experiences with previous cakes from them. If this same woman is there for future orders we will turn around and leave.

Amazing cupcakes, beautiful cakes, and delicious goodies! I saw that someone wrote a review that stated that the owner was rude. I just want to say that my wife and I have been customers for 5 years now and Mrs. Carissa (the owner ) and all of her staff have NEVER come across as rude. Customer service is always above and beyond. We come in very often and she always treats us and our kids like family. Weve got all of our cakes from Gourmet Goodies and they are always excellent and exceed our expectations everytime! Their decorations are true art and skill. Im so blessed to have found them when I did. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our 10 year vow renewal and to say that Mrs. Carissa and her staff went above an beyond with the vision of our wedding cake is an understatement. We got so many compliments on the design and the taste was amazing! They were professional and courteous every step of the process and a pleasure to work with. I am making this one of my favorite places to go every time I come to this area on vacation. I can not say enough about this little gem of a bakery. The baked goods are as sweet as the staff. Good enough to make you wanna smack your momma good! Its a place, I look forward to going to, when in that area. I really wish we had one like this in KY. And I have to say most places are put off by people with service dogs especially eateries of any type, however, that was not my experience for me and my Gypsy, we never felt so welcomed. Very delish, very friendly, and service animal friendly.

This business deserves a 10-star rating! Gourmet Goodies made our wedding cake and grooms cake and not only were they the best cakes Ive ever seen, they tasted to die for! Everything, right down to the personal touches and customer service, FAR exceeded our expectations! Would recommend this bakery to anyone. If you use Gourmet Goodies, you will not regret it! We also frequent the bake shop for a yummy treat! Love their cupcakes!!!

Very bad service. I order a make for my sons first birthday. I ask for strawberry filling since thats his favorite. When it was time to cut the cake there was no filling!!! I called her to ask her what had happen and she simply said that they simply just didnt added it. None of the kids ate the cake I ended throwing it away. It ruin his birthday since I had told our guest that it would have strawberry filling. She never apologize.

We came in while vacationing in the area. Talk about delicious!! There were so many options to choose from that we had a hard time deciding. Fortunately the prices were great, so we could get several yummy treats. The strawberry cheese cake and the cotton candy cookies are amazing!! Im also very impressed with the staff! They were so sweet to us and our little girls!! We will definitely come back on our next vacation!!

I would give Gourmet Goodies a million stars if I could! Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL, the taste was out of this world, and they even delivered the cake and set it up! The cake topper I had purchased from another company wasnt delivered and Carissa even sold me a beautiful topper right off of a display cake to ease my panicked mind. Hands down the best bakery!

I cant rave enough about this place! I needed a custom cake for a baby shower and Carissa was so helpful through the creation process and when I needed last minute cake pops, was very understanding. I LOVED my wedding cake! The staff set up my dessert table and it turned out beautiful! The guests enjoyed all the super yummy desserts. The staff even made a to-go box for my husband and I to take with us to our hotel. Everything was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Great prices and service!

We picked up cupcakes for a birthday party and couldnt have been more pleased with the cupcakes. The recipes were creative but not overly done. Everything about the cupcakes were on point. The cakes were moist the frosting was just right and the filling was a perfect compliment.

Went in with my emotional support dog today only to receive extremely venomous expressions for the staff. My sick mother had issues making a selection and they made their annoyances in a variety of ways. Overall, quite a rude staff from a sweets shop.
