My mother went there to get coffee before work and went through the drive-thru. After paying, she had 10 dollars in changed owed to her, the lady working the window LET THE CHANGE GO BEFORE MY MOM HAD IT IN HER HAND and the wind took it off somewhere. No one went out of the store to help her look for it, other than the people BEHIND MY MOM IN LINE. They did not reimburse her, or even give her a gift card for her trouble. I tried to call them myself because my mom doesnt do well with confrontation, but theyre phone DOES NOT WORK. I have several friends in the Winter Haven Police Department, and they have all stated that what they did IS illegal and unless my mom gets her money back, I will be pressing charges.

I love Starbucks and spend a ton of money yearly at Starbucks, a very large majority at this store, but I am disappointed quite often by my drink not tasting right occasionally, but the biggest problem at this location is whoever orders for them doesnt know how to order. They are CONSTANTLY out of everything from cups, to straws, to skinny mocha, to whipped cream...it borders on ridiculous. Id love to give a glowing review, but that just wouldnt be truthful. I will say this...most of the workers are really nice, they just need to let someone else do their ordering!!! So frustrating. ..if there was a closer location to my home Id go there.

Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in or near Winter Haven...they are ALWAYS out of anything I ever order and they advertise they have items that they do NOT even sell?!?! And when they dont have something they simply state "oh its seasonal" REALLY??? But the have PUMPKIN BREAD ALL YEAR ROUND?! How does this even remotely make sense?!? You should not ever run out of SOY or COCONUT MILK or anything else for that matter!! Does McDonalds run out of fries?!?! POOR MANAGEMENT in my opinion, to allow their franchise to run out of basic items on their menu!!!! I will drive to Lakeland from now on!!!

Its not my best location. I think the some of the barrister could pay more attention to the orders. Ive started just ordering mine with the app that way they take their time and get it right. After 3 screw ups I started doing it that way. I usually dont complain and just accept the added whip cream when I say no whip cream. Or Ill take the cold when I wanted it hot. Those are the type of screw ups Im referring to. The place is always clean and everyone is nice, so I give 3 star just for that.

Excellent staff, good location, usual items but terrible seating inside except for the cushion armchairs. I am 57" and its like sitting at the kids table. Short chairs around a small round table that you cant fit anything on. They used to have bigger and more comfortable seating/ tables, that alone inclines me to go to another local coffee shop that has better seating. Sorry Starbucks. - why the uncomfortable change?

Once again the Lake Wales Starbucks drive-thru you place an order have to repeat yourself for times and they still dont get your order right you drive to the window and you tell them its wrong and they look at you like its your fault they cant hear you maybe if the people behind the counter pay attention and get there to some working correctly then we wouldnt have this problem

Worst Starbucks experience ever and I frequent many and have never seen such unsanitary, rude service, nothing in stock, slow, and my one drink was messed up. I spoke with the manager and that was pointless because he could care less....he offered to remake my drink after I saw the barista dump some of my drink out into the garbage then dumped it in another cup. =/

I honestly dont know why I come here. The average wait time at the drive-thru is constantly around 15-20 minutes if youre lucky enough to be the second person in line. Prepare to burn about half a tank of gas and half your morning if there is a line around the building. Truly a case study in inefficient management. Pull in at your own risk.

Worst starbucks Ive ever been to. They messed up my order and when I went to get a new one, all they did was take off the whip cream and add it into another cup with what they forgot to put....extremely dissapointed. I would have preferred they did it right the first time or at least remade my drink. Now I wish I just asked for a refund...

I like all Starbucks. It seems like the area could use an additional one as this one was too busy in the morning to even get close. Line almost out the door and drive through around the building. I went back at 7pm still busy but was able to get an iced tea but it took a long time to prepare compare to my home town Starbucks.

I usually dont have a problem with this location. However, today I ordered and paid for a grande yet the cup was not full. What was in the cup was a tall. Im just saying I want what I paid for. I guess thats the drive-thru for you. Ill be checking it from now on before I drive off :)

Im absolutely appalled at the poor customer service at this Starbucks . I had a question for the manager . She would not allow me to speak. She was extremely nasty. I have never seen this at any Starbucks period. I cant imagine how she treats her employees. Absolutely mind blowing.

Love the staff but Im almost always disappointed with my drink, most of the time it tastes burnt or watered down. Also very annoying that they are always out of something such as iced coffee, cold brew, cups or such. If they changed these things, I would be opted to go more often....

Nice seating, friendly staff and they guarantee that the drink will be made right. I dont like coffee and they gladly make the drinks without coffee for me. They remade my drink after accidentally adding coffee to my mocha Frappuccino with vanilla bean powder no coffee.

I enjoyed going to this Starbucks usually using the drive-through. They have always been more than polite and my order is on point. When my order was incorrect they always made a point of fixing the problem. I go there a few times a week and have always had good service.

I have frequented this location for a little over a year. It is by far my favorite Starbucks!!! Service is great and the staff members always make my coffee to perfection! :)

Great location! The staff are polite and friendly. Coffee is hot and service is fast. There is a large rustic table that can be shared by a large group of people.
