I would not know how the food tastes at bada bing because I did not get it for two hours. They quoted me 55 minutes for delivery and after waiting 2 hours I called to cancel our order and refund our money. She placed us on hold for ten minutes only to ask if we had it delivered yet and that he was almost to our house. If it had been delivered it would have been ice cold at that point. She then told me that they couldnt find our address and they dont deliver to us for future reference. If that was the case I should have been informed it could not be delivered when I placed the order two hours prior. I will not order from bada bing ever again and it is not a good business decision to have rude 16 year old girls working alone that cant handle a simple situation that was cause by them.

The pizza is the best I have had. Lived in this area for 4 years now and I have to say that Bada Bings wins hands down. Theresas Pizza is 2nd and I have yet to find a 3rd and I have tried them all almost! The pizza even taste good reheated which is very hard to find. The staff/owners are very nice and dedicated and take a lot of pride in their restaurant. The place is to small, I will never eat in with my family, but I will always order out. So far my orders have been perfect, no mistakes, so I cant respond how they handle the situation, but all in all the best pizza in Painesville area.

Phoned in our pizza order. Staff was polite when we picked it up. When we got it home, everything was incorrect. Called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes. The staff insisted that they were right. They offered free wings but I live 3 hours away and will not drive back to collect on it. The little pizza was good, except it wasnt enough feed our party because we ordered a 1/2 sheet and the kids couldnt eat the hot wings (we ordered mild). We wont be back and will warn our friends.

First and foremost this is going to be a true 3 part rating of Bada Bing It is April 14 2014 4:55 P.M. I ordered a sub and salad. The phone call was very pleasant and the staff sounded very professional. I was told it would be a 55 minute wait. Bada Bing you are on the clock. Part 2 @ 5:42 The food arrived the driver was polite and Friendly. Part 3 T he food was warm and delicious. Excellent bread on sub and the bread bowl salad was to die for.

Pizza is the best I have ever had... amazing! subs are HUGE on homemade fresh bread.... to die for. I did not love the bacon crumbles on my sub club... would have preferred a slice of crispy bacon.. but overall you cant go wrong at Bada Bing.

A fantastic place to eat. Although they are closed on Mondays, you cant beat their pizza slice deals for lunch! 3 huge slices for $6! The food is great and the staff really makes sure that everyone is happy with their experience.

We had a pizza and wings delivered. Pizza is great and the wings are amazing! They are huge! And cooked perfectly. I live a fair distance away and it was delivered on time and piping hot. Love this place!

Literally the best pizza in Lake county. We live in Euclid and will drive the half hour for this food because of the quality of food, price and customer service. Hands down... BEST CALZONE IVE EVER HAD.

The painesville steak sub was delicious, big sub and priced great. The wings were totally different... Freezer burned or old, the outside of them were like jerky the inside dry.
