I am SO disappointed in the service I received at this Chick-Fil-A. I came in with my husband at 10:33am, which I know they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. When I inquired about chicken minis the cashier asked his coworkers if there were any left. One of his coworkers said "Yes, there is one order left". Which of course I was excited that I would be able to snag the last one (so I thought). Right after I heard this another worker asked our cashier to run food (leaving us at the register when we had not even ordered) then came back and told me there is no breakfast. My whole issue is that I heard that yes in fact there would be breakfast for me then he told me there would not be. I should have never been told YES, then shut down a minute later. Coming from someone who works in customer service this is completely unacceptable. The cashier came to my table while my husband was eating his lunch and gave me two coupons for free breakfast sandwiches at a later date. I appreciated the gesture but that did absolutely nothing to help me at the moment. I shared my frustration with the cashier and told him I feel that it is unacceptable for something like that to unfold and ultimately leave me, the customer, dissatisfied. After I told him my frustration he proceeded to be argumentative with me and kept trying to justify the situation rather than just listening. I believe the mans name is Rich. I have never had an experience like this at Chick-Fil-A ever. I am beyond disappointed and Im sure his boss would be disappointed knowing the treatment I received in a place that prides themselves on their excellent customer service. I think it goes without saying but I will never return to this location ever again.

Again, Chick Fil A is phenomenal. My family was looking for a place to use the bathroom, and I saw Chick Fil A, and I said we have to go. The line was wrapped around the building twice (they have a unique drive thru line at this restaurant), but I was convinced that like every other Chick Fil A that if we went inside, wed be out in no time. We got in and our food was ready by the time I finished swiping my card. In that short period of time, the waitress gave enriching conversation and even told me that she and all of Chick Fil A loved me. Awesome is all I have to say!

The food here is delicious, you order and get a number and you wait at your table (if its not done before you sit down) and they will bring it over. This is the best chicken Ive ever had. Fresh and not frozen, crispy, moist, perfect. They have waffle fries that are very good. Theyve got a ball pit play place for kids to be entertained. Watch lunch rush or dinner rush they can get extremely busy. If you do venture there and try to brave the storm dont park right in front of the building, the drive thru line will block you in.

The best Fast food experience Ive had to date!. There was a huge line of cars at the drive thru when I walked inside and within 2 mins of ordering, it was brought out to me. The chicken was crispy, hot, and juicy. The fries hot and with a nice crunch. Not a soggy fry to be found. The building had a nice outside patio section that was enclosed by a brick wall. They also had live music! This chick-fill-A went all out!

Not only is the food consistently good, the people are like no other. I had my sons 1st birthday party at the restaurant since our apartment would not be able to house even a small get together. Not only was the manager, Doug Pugh, welcoming of our party, he and his crew served us kindly. He also gave the birthday boy, his sister & cousins a free plush cow. Their names so far are Chicken, Fries, and Fluffy.

My order placed had an error, they cheerfully fixed it, and did not charge me for the extra food, which i was willing to buy. The BEST customer relations in food service, and a clean conscientious group of workers! They all seem to work well together. Other businesses should get with the program! I always carry bacterial wipes because most places you eat are not so clean.

People are wonderful. They thought I had ordered off breakfast menu for my full order, but one was off the lunch menu. They fixed it no with no problem even though it was my mistake for not being clear. Place is spotless and play area is really cute. Temptress of the building is nice and cool. The food is amazing as always!

Always outstanding services, great food, and very clean. If you dont want to wait avoid the lunch hour. Its always such a popular place for family to eat at. Glad to have a place to take my grandson when its a rainy day where he can play with other children in the play area.

This is the only fast food restaurant in Canton where youll see the drive thru line loop TWICE around the building. But its worth the wait, which I promise isnt as bad as it looks because of how efficient they are! The service is great and food is tasty.

As always, the staff was incredibly nice and efficient. There were 15-20 people in front of me in line and I was at the counter in about 5 minutes! The food was fresh and delicious too!

Awesome service!! Even tho they messed my sandwich up they immediately (like w/in 15 secs) made me a new one and let me keep the old 1 (that my son eventually ate. lol)
