this is unfortunetely the closest pizza hut to my house, so unless I want to drive 12 minutes to the next closest one, this is who I am forced to order from. Ive gotten 2 pizzas from them (stuffed crust) that were both undercooked and over topped. that is to say, when I picked up a piece of pizza, EVERYTHING but the sauce fell off. The first time, I ate what I could and threw out the rest, it wouldnt come together when I tried to stick it in the oven. I thought, well whatever, maybe it was a mistake. The second time I immediately got on the phone with the manager who proceeded to tell me he would refund me half the cost of my order and apologized that the pizza was "not to my liking". I became irate. ah, well. Ill do what I can to take them down, get some one else there who can make a proper pizza. Ive lost m appetite but not my will to succeed. if you are interested in the same old Pizza Hut pizza youve always ordered maybe try the one at 201 WSR 434.

Normally I have an ok experience here. But I ordered a pizza that was so saturated with oil I had to return it. When I returned it the girl at the counter had an attitude especially when I asked could the fires be redone as well because they would be cold waiting on the pizza. Then I had to let her know that there was a difference of price when I placed a new order so she owed me money back. Two kids were tending the register... must be new hires....

Google review Pizza hut did everything they could to rectify my order and I deeply respect that. This location is making huge internal changes and Im proud to say once I again that this location is my favorite location. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and my family once again. I hope the great service, and quality continues. 5 stars on the improvements!

Its what you expect from Pizza Hut. I order here a couple times a month. The service is good. They messed up my order once, brought the wrong soda but its not a big deal. Delivery is usually fast and the delivery people are polite and respectful. I really enjoy their spicy boneless wings.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Double pep, light sauce and hut crust topping. I got a pizza that did not have crust topping, lots of extra sauce which had to be more than a week old and just regular topping. Unfortunately it tastes so bad due to the old sauce I am going to have to throw it out.

Sloppy pizza with not the best taste, sloppy made, Pizza Hut the brand is good but this store just doesnt know how to live up to the name. Wouldnt recommend anybody getting take out from here who knows pizza.

Love the garlic cheese sauce instead of tomato. Crave this pizza all the time. Wish they were open later during the week though.
