Took 50 minutes to get out food and they only had three tables who already had their food. They had one server running in circles because everyone else was too busy standing around in the back talking. Server kept asking what we had to drink and couldnt remember, brought the wrong drink a couple of times and had to go back to get what we actually wanted. Finally got our food and as I was eating I noticed an employee behind the counter with bare hands messing with pizza dough. Disgusting. Pizza was hot and fresh but the experience was very bad. Ill drive to New Phila next time!

Tables are always sticky, service takes forever, never get drink refills, hate to say it but this place hires the dumbest people. I ordered 3 large pizzas and the girl behind the counter charged me the wrong amount I paid like $12 for it all! ..oh and they never answered their phone for call in orders...Ill go to Bolivar Pizza next time.

Simply amazing I was going to order like 6 pizzas for company but these incompetent idiots dont take credit card over phone this day n age how Pathetic they even in business then again just look at reviews Sucks dont deserve to be in business now because these idiots I will never visit or order from ANY Pizza hut

Came in for for there buffet and the pizza and pasta that they had up there were cold. And it took our sever 15mins to get a refill on our drinks and asked us what we had to drink about every 4 mins and kept forgetting. And their is only 3 other small tables here all had 2 people sitting at them

The pizza was gross and extremely doughy. The people were rude when I called to tell them about it. When the attendant came to the pick up window he was eating a slice of pizza and didnt wash his hands before he took my card. VERY GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to pick up my order and it was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. There wasnt a stench at all. Id definitely order from them again whenever Im in Bolivar, OH
