4/14/2017 My significant other, our daughter and I are staying in Youngstown, OH for the weekend, visiting his family for Easter. Our hotel recommended this "restaurant" for delivery and even provided a menu. We made our choices and I called to place the order. I explained that we were staying at a hotel and gave the address and was asked if we were paying cash. I said no I would prefer to pay by card. I was told hotel customers must pay cash. I asked why, and was hung up on. I checked my cash situation and called back and asked to place an order for delivery and was immediately asked if I was paying cash. I said I would. I proceeded to place two thirds of my order, and then I ordered the fried shrimp basket with fries off the kids menu. I was rudely asked which one. (I had not realized there were two fried shrimp baskets on the kids menu.) So when I was , again rudely, asked if I was ordering off a menu, I then provided the menu # "k3" to which she said which one and I said k3 off the kids menu. And I was hung up on AGAIN. Im pissed now. I call back. AGAIN. This time the phone is picked up and then immediately hung up. I call back. AGAIN. I get a man this time. I ask to place an order for delivery. I was rudely told to "call the other place" and then he hung up. I was NOT rude, belligerent or even remotely unpleasant. I just wanted food. Delivered. To my hotel room. This was absolutely the worst "service" I have never received.

Warning!!! Do not order here. My fiancee and I ordered from here. We payed with a credit card over the phone. The driver showed up with no receipt and all of our credit card info on the menu. He proceeded to call the restaurant and read the info to the manager. The manager requested for him to bring back the menu with our info on it. I declined to give it back. I called the restaurant to complain and the woman I talked to seen nothing wrong with giving someones credit card info to a shady looking delivery driver. Who could very easily of written down our info. She told me to pay with cash next time. You trust these places to be responsible with your info. Wrong!!! Beware of CHINA WOK ON 39 VIENNA AVE. NILES, OH.

While staying at Country Inn and Suites in Youngstown Ohio, we asked where we could get good Chinese food. They recommended China Wok. Its probably 20 minutes round trip from the hotel, but its definitely worth it! The food is really great. Its fresh, its well seasoned and the proportions were the perfect size, They were also generous with their rice! I can say that this is the best Chinese food Ive had in a while.

Tried to order two meals for lunch and the waitress kept getting smart she hung u on me I called her back she didnt apologize when I asked about the coups on the menu she kept telling me that I had to order a certain dollar amount and before I could finish the order she hung up again I have not order from there since I am done with China wok forever.

Literally the worst experience ever. Whoever the women is that called and talked to me like I was scum, because SHE couldnt get my cc to work over the phone, even tho it works evvvvvvverywhere else, and told me she didnt care about my business is not professional in any way. You give small business a bad name. You dont deserve a job.

Used to be our go-to, but recently had some funky tasting lo-mein and chicken...like it was cooked in dirty water or something. Also, the female owner was rude to my husband on the phone, even though we had eaten there for years without any issue. Needless to say we dont eat here any longer.

I ordered from there all the time, loved it, and always tipped good. Today I called and they were VERY RUDE, even the manager. I will NEVER order from there again and will make sure my family stops ordering from there as well. VERY disappointed. Horrible customer service!!

The food was nasty couldnt even eat the egg rolls the cabbage was raw the sweet and sour chicken was nothing to call home about it was more bread then chicken sorry but wont be back

Great for a late night dinner. Stayed open a bit after closing to make my order, so great service. Inside decor was not very good, but its mostly a take-out restaurant anyways.

After moving into the area I tried every Chinese place nearby and this one is my favorite. The fried rice could be better, but the General Tsos chicken is great.
