Quantity is there, quality is definitely not. Their general chicken tastes like festival food. Bland, fried, boring, blah. No kick or spice whatsoever. Just a pile of fried, bland YUCK! Ive had much better from a hole in the wall Chinese buffet. It was so bad that it went to the trash. For a back up, I had their hot and sour soup. Same problem. Bland and no kick or spice to it at all. Just vegetables in water. By far the worst I have ever had. Tasted a lot like my moms chicken vegetable soup. To the trash, on to pb&j I go. Absolutely sad! If you want flavorful, quality chinese food, look elsewhere. This place is a total stinker. This place is for people who want to shovel a mountain of food down their throat, not caring about taste because they find their satisfaction being stuffed like a pig. This place was a total waste of time, money and calories for the very little that I did eat.

Weve been going to this restaurant for years. Mediocre at best. On the the last occasion we had missing fried rice from our takeout order. We called the business and asked about the fried rice. The owner accused my wife of being a liar and refused to make the order right. Avoid this restaurant at all costs there is Chinese restaurants in Swansboro as well as Emerald Isle . I believe the customer service is much better in Swansboro as well as Emerald Isle at the Chinese restaurants.

The food is not remarkable as are any ~fast food chineese spots... But this- golden china is by far the worst I have ever ever visited. The service is horrible!!! Taste of food not worth the wait and frustration. Apparently they write their own reviews here but.... I can say that I have given them many chances but today I just walked out and will not return.

So far this is the best Chinese food around. As a Bostonian, I know Chinese food and this comes pretty close without having the brown lobster sauce. Great portions and always hot and fresh. I love their House Special Lo Mein and my daughter loves their crab ragoon. We enjoy this place as a treat at least once a month.

This is my families go to place for great Chinese. The crab-cheese rangoons are to die for and we highly recommend the General Tsos chicken. The family that owns it remember us and doesnt fail to show their hospitality everytime we go. Great price, great menu. Highly recommended!!

Solid quick serve American Chinese Style restaurant. Fast, friendly, affordable. I purchase plain white rice there 4 or 5 times a week because I need a single portion only and they have it fresh.
