I was on my way to South Side Salvage Groceries on Newcomb Rd. and Google Maps gave me directions that involved turning down Lake Ave., which meant I would be passing this Taco Bell, so I decided to stop. The service was fast, but when I got to the window to pick up my food it took like 5 minutes because they accidentally dropped my food and remade it. This is one of the best Taco Bells Ive ever been to in terms of service.

My box lunch was very good. Dining area the last 4 times I have been in this restaurant has been extremely cold. Several of us were eating wearing our jackets or winter coats. The food is good hot and made correctly. The staff is very friendly. Three years ago I suggested they put a hook in the ladies room so they purses have a place to hang and that has not been done yet.

While driving through Middlefield on January 13, I decided to stop at Taco Bell since I knew that the Middlefield Taco Bell has good service. After ordering my food, it took like 5 minutes before I got my food at the pickup window because they had dropped my food and re-made it! :) Wonderful customer service.

What is it with this franchise?? I placed my order then asked to add a drink. The kid said " Corporate Policy says you have to go back through the Drive Through or order inside if you want to add something to your order". I have my own policy. I dont do business with idiots. I left.

I go to the Taco Bell too much - the pitfalls of living in a rural area. But the food is always good, the staff is super friendly, and my orders are almost always perfect -usually just very small complaints like no napkins or sauce. Overall very good!

The food is pretty good, especially if you like it spicy. I had a hard time understanding the employee at the counter, since English is not my mother tongue. It was not her fault though.

They forgot a taco I order and last week my burrito wasnt even cooked it was cold and they and other fast food places want 15 an hour but cant get an order right.
