Our breakfast go-to. Im glad Bobs has added flavored creamers. I find their coffee is a bit bitter for my taste. (Note, for those who may have caught my review of Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans coffee is not nearly as bitter flavored as CBs is...) Still, for a coffee-holic, I will drink the stuffing out of Bob Evans breakfast blend with a bit of creamer and sugar in it. Breakfasts are always amazing. I appreciate the variety at Bobs. I normally pick one thing and stick with it, but at Bob Evans, I eat an assortment of foods, from their pot roast sandwich to their turkey dinners, from simple eggs and home fries and biscuits and gravy to their awesome wildfire chicken salad. Soups are flavorful and filling, and no fault in their other baked good items. We enjoy picking up a four pack of their cinnamon blossoms are oh... so ... good. They have been shaking things up a bit (and possibly since they got bought by another company, things may change even more)... Now, instead of 2 pieces of bread (love the pumpkin, blueberry or cinnamon streusel breads!) you get one... but thats because it is "unlimited"... Though you can no longer take them home! Same thing with drinks. Most all of them are now not just refillable but unlimited while in-store. That triple hot chociolate with the chocolate whipped topping and chocolate bits? Yep, refill that bad boy. Go on. You know you want to. While I miss my little coffee pots, I can understand them doing it this way. Time will tell if the new policy is a winner or not, but I think its a good thing. As with most chains, there are days when you have good service, days when its exemplary and days when it is so bad you wonder why you would ever come again. But you do. Because, well, its Bob Evans Restaurant. One bad server doesnt spoil the whole bunch...

Inconsistent take out! A co-worker and I get take out for lunch twice a week and by far today was the worst. The chicken noodle soup was heavily watered down which took away all the flavor. The cobb salads were very skimpy. The salads are usually very skimpy when a manager makes them. One of the salads only had four pieces of chicken and these were the full-size salads. I’m sure they are trying to save money but they aren’t saving money if we go someplace else for lunch. The cashier Tina always takes care of us and does her best to correct any issues we can see before leaving the store. Tina seems to understand customer loyalty and that the customers are the ones keeping the store in business. Management seems to be looking out for the cooperation hoping that it makes them look good in return. I understand you must give certain portions because that’s what they are priced at. You don’t want to undercut the portions to try to save money. The corporation has figured out portion/cost to be profitable so why don’t you stick to that. A happy customer is a return customer which in turn should be where your incentive lies.

Had a great experience yesterday. We have had a bit of bad luck as the apt above us had a pipe burst, our managers basically gave us little options of either living in an incomplete home with potential mold issues or termination of our lease with no penalty and we fend for ourselves. Nevertheless we are living out a hotel for the time being. When our waitress heard about our hardship she came back to our table at time of checkout and said meal was on a server who didnt want recognition but felt bad for us. This was a bright and caring spot by a human being when it seemed that the world had gone souless based off our apartment manager treating us so poorly. Thank you whomever you were. We were not in destitute by any means, but the caring this individual shown goes way beyond dollars.

Horrible experience from start to finish... Walked in really crowded and the hostess said 15 mins no matter how long the wait was that was just her go to number (I watched her say 15 mins to everyone no matter how crowded they got). 35-40 mins later we finally got seated.. 10 mins after being seated our order was finally taken, then we didnt see from the waitress maybe once after that when we asked for real sugar which we never got, I had to go up to the counter to get it. A hour later we got our food and of course they messed up the order.... Everything was sub par old and cold probably because it was just sitting at the pick area for awhile. Not one person said sorry for your wait or anything. Never coming back to any Bob Evans Im done.

Ordered carry out; the time to pick up was 8:20am. Arrived at 8:21 and waited almost 30 minutes, only to find out that they put our order on plates instead of in carry out boxes. So it had been sitting under the lights the whole time I was stuck waiting. My husband spoke to them on the phone and the manager lied to him. She said they cooked new food for us-- that was a lie. I saw one of the waitresses dump the cold food from the plates and into carry out boxes. She also said that she tried to hand me the food and I stormed off-- that was also a lie. She refused to give me a refund, and then turned and walked off. Unless you enjoy liars and being ignored, dont go here.

My wife and I are regulars at this location for one reason only and the is the great service we get from Ronell. She always has a positive attitude all the time and is constantly moving to make sure she takes care of all her customers. Unlike the other rude waitresses with a bad attitude and a stick up their butts. I can honestly say that if she were to leave so would we because great waitresses like her are hard to find. Also, this location would go into the toilet without her.

The service is usually fairly good, but i got to witness a bit of a behind the scenes fight between the servers and the cooks. Very unprofessional. The food is good to fair, with the portions being fairly small for the price and tending towards too oily for several dishes.

Ive been a regular at Bob Evans for many many years but have become so disenchanted with the slow service over the past year that I try to avoid going there if at all possible. I love the potatoes soup and many other items on the menu that it seems such a shame.

This was a good restaurant, the facility was clean and the people were nice. The bathrooms were clean and even the guys bathroom had a koala station. It took USA little while to be seated and waited on, but the waitress was very nice and attentive.
