Usually have no problem but tonight I called in placed order was told 15 minutes got there and waited and waited 35 minutes then a manager came out to tell me they sold it to someone else but she gave me a refund plus a credit for my next visit. I understand things happen I Used to work for little Caesars for 5 years when it was at Kmart. But I got my order and didnt have any flavor packets like I ask for. WOW

Third and last time I come to this location. All three times Ive ordered hot and ready items and all three times Ive had to wait 30+ minutes while the workers loaf around joking with one another. I dont know how corporate hasnt shut them down yet. Its ridiculous...

Always get great service, staff has always been super friendly. Never had a bad experience. They are always nice to my kids, even if their is a wait they have given them cookies! Thanks for great service!

Ive made complaints of the pizza being over cooked. When they "replaced" my pizza it was over cooked too. And they dont care.
