Lets start with the food. Below average. I like how cheddar to some restaurants means kraft singles. And, the coffee is probably the worst I have ever tasted. The potatoes were good, but those are easy. Atmosphere was just ok. Service was good and friendly, but the prices were high for the food you get. The major issue I had was when I declined bread that comes with the meal, and my breakfast companion wanted rye. He paid extra (read the fine print on the menu, yes they have fine print regarding bread), but I received no discount. As a business, it is just bad practice to nickel and dime like that. I did them a favor, they did us no such thing. Pay attention!

Im giving it 2 stars solely because the food was edible and we did not get sick. This place has a very creepy vibe first off. There are strange clown masks and pictures hanging on the walls. We ordered pancakes, bacon and a Cajun sandwich. To add the side of bacon it was nearly $3 and they only gave us 2 pieces. I also ordered orange juice which was most certainly Sunny D. Our total bill was $23, it seems very high for the experience and amount of food.

Generic dinner food (my omelet had processed slice cheese). I ate there twice once for dinner and once for breakfast and it is a filling for a decent price. the staff is extremely friendly and you can keep yourself entertained by just all the knick knacks and down homie feel of the diner. They opened in 2006 but it really seems like theyve been there for 30 or 40 years. Food came out quick but both times I had to wait a really long time for my bill

a very friendly diner, and our food was scrumptious. We walked in at the same time as lots of other parties, but the 3 waitresses kept up with everything with a smile on their faces. Lots of local and family history hanging on the walls, so that kept us occupied on the short waits for service. I had one of their recommended daily specials, Cabbage Rolls, and they were very tasty (and Im half Polish, so I would know).

The owner is the best part about this restaurant. Shes friendly and warm and she checked on us often. The restaurant smelled a little musty, and the decor is dated and kitschy. The food is standard diner fare; adequate, but unimpressive, and overpriced for the quality. The other patrons seemed to know each other and the owner, so this is clearly a place that the locals frequent. Sadly I would not recommend a visit.

We decided to stop in for a quick bite and were happy we did. From the wonderful welcome and service from the owner to the great homecooked food we enjoyed it all. The homemade sausage was on point as well as the bologna saandwich my husband ordered. Breakfast or lunch you cant go wrong here. As local cabin owners well definitely be back and recommend this place to all our guests.

It was so refreshing to have such amazing customer service! Michelle is genuinely sweet and friendly. My husband and I love mom and pop diners and this was a gem! Fun pictures and knick knacks fill the walls and even though they could be dust collectors it is a very clean place. The food was great, my husband loved The Round Up. Keep up the great work M & M!!

Shockingly terrible. We went because of the reviews here and there is no way theyre true. Alleged fresh biscuit extremely stale. Bacon indescribably flat and strange tasting. Omelet and potatoes unappealing. Gross environment cluttered with junk and random people in and out of the kitchen getting coffee and hanging out. One star for friendliness. Stay away.

M & M Family Diner is a quaint diner with a friendly, country atmosphere. We ate breakfast and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The waitress also mentioned how many different foods were homemade (homefries, sausage, etc.), which was nice to hear. The service was also incredibly friendly and personable. We would definitely go back!

Really friendly staff. Very good food. Great service. You feel like your with family there. Unique homemade sausage can be had with your breakfast order that was really good. Coffee and beverages never run out. (To me thats the most important thing!) I will keep coming back as long as they keep the doors open. Good value too.

Many restaurants have good food and M & M is no exception. Just to reiterate - the food was really, really good. What really makes this place stand out was the staff. There is always something special about getting your service from the owners and thats what you get here. Just fantastic - dont pass them up!

Awesome breakfast. Terrific place to let kids play before you eat and definitely a must stop for bfast. Owner is super nice and friendly as well as staff. Pancakes are HUGE and eggs wonderful made to order. Coffee is fresh and hot. The bowl of heaven is top notch as well. Cant wait to come back next time.

This place is great! Best roast beef sandwich I have had in years. The pot roast was the best I have ever tasted, and I make a damn good pot roast! Everyone was extremely friendly. When we go back to Hocking Hills, this place will always get our business.

OMG!!! I love diners but this one is the Grand Daddy of them all. Trust me. Great people great food. Make sure to ask for the "over pour pancakes". We live an hour away but will be back often. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!

Food was good. Not spectacular. Staff very nice. Coffee seemed to be on the weak side and not very hot. I was surprised that the omelette I got for $9.50 did not include home fries or hash browns.

Friendly staff but extremely over priced and food left much to be desired. Buscuits and gravy was a disappointment. Prior to ordering, I asked prices but she just said she will price accordingly.
