The food is great but ill agree that they burn the chicken quite a bit. Sometimes they use entirely too much spice on one area of the chicken breast and i end up putting my fork down and choking for a moment. I choose this chipotle only because its near me. Id rather go to any other location, such as chapel hill, Jackson, or north canton. I always need to ask for more chicken and tomato in my bowl. They like to short you on food if they arent about to close. Theres been times Ive walked out with less than half a bowl full of food. Usually if you ask, theyll give you more though. The staff is pretty bad, though. One guy there is always nice. The rest are rude, barely listen to your order, and are always talking to other employees. Just tonight they stopped my order midway to have a conversation. The girl asked me what i wanted in my bowl. I said tomato, lettuce... And then she turned away for a good minute to hear a joke. The place was packed too.

With a limited menu, faux-industrial interior, and noisy long lines, youd think this place is a recipe for disaster. Instead, its nothing short of the best burrito youll ever eat. The ingredients are all fresh and wonderfully flavorful. You could eat just the beans or just the rice, and be thrilled. But when put together and wrapped in a warm tortilla shell, the whole becomes more than its parts. Of course, youll want to bring your appetite--putting down a whole burrito can be a challenge. Beer, chips, and salsa are all available, but at Chipotle, its all about the burrito. The staff is friendly and fast, as well. If youre in Kent, do *not* drive by this Chipotle without stopping!

The food is always good, and the staff always friendly. When ordering online recently i jokingly entered Meal For: Donald trump, and Meal For: mom. when i picked up my food i found that the foil over my burrito had been labeled with a big cash sign (Donald trumps order) and the salad bowl had a big heart with an arrow and said mom in the middle. Showing that they really know their customers. Not only do they have a sense of humor, but also attention to detail. And at the end of a stressful week, this artistic flare and personal touch really made my day. Kudos to The staff, and to the management for hiring the best that kent has to offer. I LOVE Chipotle and I NEVER write reviews but this location is AWFUL!! There was resting water on the floor when I walked through the door. Granite its campus and kids are lazy but where is the management?! My sour cream was just that, SOUR! The guac was brown and the meet was cold. If you are craving Chipotle, go to another location!

This is the 2nd best place to get a taco or burrito but its by far not the worst. The food is fresh, the service is amazing and the location is outstanding. Its just off campus and filled with people at any hour. Theyre also open late for your "munchie" needs! Always a great make your own meal to be found!

My friends and i go every wednesday or try and go on our lunch break and i have to say its one of the better days that the food taste good. and is not over cooked and dry like other times. i would like to thank the cook but dont know his name but either way love going there good crowd and good servers.

It was good, cheap, and plentiful. Dont eat in though, its basically a noise machine, all concrete, steel and glass, and you cant have a conversation. Whoever designed it is an idiot. Whats with all the at-a-glance things from google being about food poisoning? Bizarre.

Good service food is good too. Parking situation can leave you frustrated. For some reason the burrito the make here i.e. (chicken) taste different than the chicken they serve at the Stow-Kent location. It doesnt keep me from coming here however.

Good place and good prices, but the lines are torturous. I would always call ahead just to save you thirty minutes. Taco Tontos is a better place I would recommend more then going here though. Around the same price too.

The line is always way too long, there seems to be no off peak hours! Once you get to order things move quickly and the dining area is clean. They were out of forks though...
