So Ive been here multiple times since I moved to the area a year ago. Not once have I had a bad experience till tonight. I have a gluten allergy and usually stick to stuff I know I can eat. Today I wanted sweet and sour chicken, though (which is breaded) so I asked if I could get it with steamed chicken instead. The lady seemed appalled and said that they couldnt do that. Its literally a matter of putting a scoop of steamed chicken and not breaded on the rice. Whats the big deal. So after some arguing on the phone I gave up and changed my order. When we went to pick it up my mom decided to bring it up again because she didnt understand why they were being this way. So they argued and argued about it and finally the lady said she could let us get : chicken and broccoli, minus the vegetables with sweet and sour sauce on the side. Wut. And then she proceeded to charge us the more expensive price for the chicken and broccoli. Well we put it behind us and I ate my food. Then in the middle of our Christmas Eve service AT church the food poisoning kicked it. I have been laying here feeling like Im going to die for four hours now. Merry Christmas to me. Needless to say I will never eat here again.

Weve ordered delivery about 5 times from this place and each time the General Tsaos is either soggy or undercooked or the rice is super greasy. I even tell them to cook the chicken longer and they still mess it up. My wife gets the Chicken Lo Mein and the last two times it was burnt. Im the last person in this world to demand free food but when I called the gentleman said he would document the order and replace it. I walk in a few weeks later and the all Asian staff is having a screaming match trying to understand who said they would replace my meal. Ive decided to let future and prospective customers know that if they should try the other 2 options in the area and let these owners know that a $15 order shouldnt be fought over in front of other customers.

Having grown up with the greatness of House of Hunan in Fairlawn, Ive had to settle for some pretty mediocre take out places since moving to the Cleveland area. At first look at the place, typical strip mall location, unimpressive interior, I wasnt encouraged--but I heard good things about the food and took a chance. Good choice. Though still not nearly on the level of House of Hunan or Pearl of the Orient in Rocky River, this was very good takeout food. Had the Orange Chicken combo. Portions were HUGE and the chicken had plenty of real orange juice taste and surprisingly good (though obviously pre-prepared) egg role. Overall, a good value and worth a repeat visit.

This is strange, but I have to say, this place gets worse each time we visit to the point we no longer go here. There are way too many Chinese places around to be stuck going to a 2nd rated place. They even charge you a service fee to order online. Workers are usually not friendly and the back cooking area does not look all that clean!

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Chicken was over cooked to the point of being more like jerky and too much breading. Also ordered egg drop soup, it had very little flavor, almost like water. This was my first order from China King, maybe it was just a bad day for the cook, but I will not find out because it was also my last order.

Good food. Nothing amazing but the best in the area. Good size portions. Delivery and pickup are both super fast. Really friendly people when you call or go in.
