Let me start off by saying I have been coming to this place for two years and Ive never had a problem like this before. I called in my order to be delivered to my job and asked for chicken and garlic sauce like I have always done. When the order was delivered, I was given an order that I was unfamiliar with. I usually recieve chicken wings with veggies and white rice. Instead, I recieved rubbery pieces of skin that was not chicken. I called the restaurant back and told them what the problem was, the lady that answered stated "we get confused when people say chicken with garlic sauce and chicken wings with garlic sauce". I explained to her I did not know there was a difference between the two and I have always said "chicken with garlic sauce" and Ive never had a problem. I asked for the wings to be delivered to my job and she handed the phone to the gentleman who took my order. I was very polite and like I said I had never really had a problem with the resturaunt before and I was just asking a simple question. As soon as he answered the phone he started going off on me saying it was my fault I ordered the wrong thing, they were not going to bring anything to me and if I wanted something different I would have to come to the store. A simple no would have been fine, because I did look at the menu and there were two different items on there even though I had been ordering this item for years and they were bringing wings. At this point, with the way I was being talked to, I did not want anything from them. I explained I was at work so I could not come in and that I did not like the way he was talking to a frequent customer and they were about to lose my service. That man told me word for word "we dont care!". With that I hung up. After I got off work, I went to the store, like I was asked to do over the phone, and asked for a manager to complain about the over-the-phone service I was given and to asked for a refund simply because the "so called" chicken, was not chicken. It was not edible at all, I could have thrown up just by looking at it. The woman and the counter stated she was the manager, before I could even finish what I was saying she yelled in the back (something in another language) and a man(Im assuming the rude man I spoke with earlier) yelled something back. She said to me "this is what you ordered". I said I understand that but its not edible, I would like a refund. She yelled to the man once more and he finally come from the back, basicallly saying the same thing he said over the phone and being rude. I was not going to go back and forth with him, I continued to repeat "can I have a refund?". Which required a yes or no response, if he would have said no I just would have disputed it with my bank. But he finally smiled and said he would refund me. I gave him the food I had not taken a bite of and including the egg roll, soy and duck sauce. Said thank you and turned to leave the store. Right before I got to the door, he muttered "f***ing b***h", the entire time I had been calm yet firm, I was not upset but was not going to ignore that. I promptly turned around and asked him to repeat what he had just said, but of course he didnt. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to that store.

Hot Wok on margaret street. Delivery driver from hell. Food and phone service good. But New driver couldont find duval county courthouse and got frustrated with me and hung up on me. After Already being hour and half late. So I cancelled order because my lunch break was over. ManaGet was nice and refunded my money on card Right away. But can you believe Delivery driver text my number he had for me later after I cancelled order and complained to manager about him. He was calling me names in text relink me what type of person I am erc. I have Never experienced a Delivery driver from hell or anyone like that. What working person does that. I didnt even respond. But will call manager and send them text from him. I Pray they Fire him cuz in his text he says something wrong with me. Clearly its something wrong with him. Beware of Delivery driver from hell margaret street.

Waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive. My chicken was soggy and when I called the restaurant they kept telling me the driver is only a few minutes away. I demanded a refund for the tip, since I ordered online and she said the driver would pay it to me which he never did. I call back again and she said I should come to the store to get the top refunded. It wasnt about the tip it was about the terrible service they were giving. If I were to go there that would have wasted my time and I could have gotten my food over an hour before it actually arrived. If you order from here be prepared to wait and get soggy fried chicken and terrible customer service. The wait has happened on a few occasions.

Today for the first time I ordered my usual of Sesame Chicken along with fried chickens wings. The sesame chicken had a rotten taste and the fried chicken wings was bloody inside. I placed a call and was given another order. I told them I did not want sesame chicken. Replace it with shrimp egg foo young. When the drive brought my new order the egg foo young was burnt and dry. The chicken wing were fried so hard I cant eat them. I will never place another order with them. I through eating their food. PLEASE REPLACE THE COOK AND HIRE A BETTER COOK. Not a happy customer no more. NEED TO FIND A NEW CHINESE RESTAURANT WHO DELIVER.

RIVERSIDE LOCATION I actually just walked out of the place. I asked the guy behind the counter if they sold shrimp fried rice in Quart and he just immediately got defensive and started to showing me all of the plate sizes that they had.. I then decide to order and he walks away irritated as if he no longer wants to take my order.(throwing his hands up in the air) The young lady steps in and takes my order.. this guy really needs to relax.. anyway I noticed that he didnt act that way with the white customers but.. what ever.. Ill never go back there again!

Had a good experience so I placed a order at 7:54pm. No food. Call at 9pm, joker who takes orders told me its on the way. Another hour passes, at the 2 hour mark I have my husband call. Phone joker immediately tells him its on the way again. My husband tells him to cancel the order. We dont want it anymore. This is beyond ridiculous since it is little over a mile from my house. My advice: Fire that idiot who takes orders. There are unemployed people who will actually work once you kick that joker out. Plus less bad reviews, Im sure.

After waiting 90 minutes for food, 2 calls to the restaurant, the order arrived wrong and cold. No apology, no attempt to correct their error, apparently it is my fault for ordering from a restaurant downtown. I have ordered from this place frequently for the last year and have not waited more than 30 minutes even during the busy lunch rush. Unacceptable, rude, not worth the price. #hangry
