This place is horrible!! The waitresses are completely rude! My sister and I went here and her sandwich was not cooked properly so she sent it back.. The kitchen is open so I could see the dirty look the chef gave the server as she asked him to remake it.. When the sandwich came back to the table it had very minimal meat on it and so again, she asked that it be sent back as she has had this particular sandwich in the past and it is loaded with meat.. The server replied "yeah, these are usually much thicker" she sends it back yet again.. In the background there is a group of servers talking at the booth right behind us about one of there coworkers and dropping f bombs like it is nothing! I see our server walk over to the table after telling the chefs yet again to remake the sandwich. I can hear another server ask "whats wrong this time" and our server giving her a rolled eyed annoyed look! I must have given this sever the death stare because she came right over to my table after that and I asked to speak to her supervisor she went on to tell me she was the manager!! I could not believe it!!! I told her I was not paying for ANY of this food and I cannot believe the amount of disrespect we have received! I got the owners name and number and will be making a call to him tomorrow! As the "manager" she should have NEVER allowed for a horribly made sandwich to be sent to a table and as a "manager" she should NEVER allow her staff to sit around and gossip about other staff members and curse loud enough for customers to hear! I will never go back to this restaraunt and I do not recommend you even waste your time!

Fireside Bar and Grill was just renovated and opened. With a completely new menu and in addition they added a full bar. Server was very helpful and seemed to know the menu very well. looking at the menu I realized that a lot of their food was prepared from scratch and also recognized a couple great chefs that I have worked with in the industry that have worked in high end restaurants such as Michael Symons roast and Coach insignia in downtown Detroit. With that being said it was reflected in the food having a very exclusive feel. My wife ordered the smoked salmon salad which was absolutely delicious. I had spinach dip which came with bacon in it if you chose and it was amazing. I also ordered to Philly steak sandwich. Absolutely enjoyed my meal. Feel like I had A 5 star meal without breaking the bank. Chef Bell.

This place used to be great when they first opened. The southern sampler was a great deal even though the brisket was a littl dry. There are a few things on the menu that I order often. Tonight we had the jambalaya and the cajun pasta. The jambalaya was something I have had in the past and was great. This time however it was like eating hospital food. The chicken and shrimp in it were good. The sausage however tasted like a hot dog. The sauce was flavorless similar to a tomato sauce you get on stuffed cabbage. The wifes order was the cajun pasta. It had absolutely no cajun seasoning whatsoever. It was just an alfredo sauce. At least the kids were happy with their ribs. I know this place has the potential to be a good restaurant and has shown that to me in the past. But unfortunatly this may be the last chance they get from me.

The only thing this place has going for it is the outside appearance and the deep fried pickles. The ribs were the worst weve ever had there was no taste, very bland and just boiled then bbq sauce dumped on them. So disgusting, didnt eat it and when we questioned it we were told they look different because they are cut to a half slab. The site manager or whomever she was, was really rude! So we said forget it and attempted to eat it...two bites later and we were gagging! Decided to try the slaw that it came with, warm and bland. The fries, hard not crispy. Oh and our waitress, never came to the table to get us refills. Worst first time experience, will never return! On the bright side went to nom nom bakery down the road after and got some delicious cupcakes!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Anyone who writes a bad review doesnt know good southern food or was to scared to go outside their comfort zone and try something new! Go in with an open mind and you will leave pleased! Service was also great, they make you feel at home! Upscale feeling and atmosphere with very reasonable prices! Oh and food portions are HUGE! I mean ask for a box as soon as you see your plate huge! :) I love leftovers, so I was very happy! Oh and as far as miss Steph lady below me, go check out her profile, she doesnt have one good review, shes one that probably goes places just to complain and get free food/items haha! Wish someone could write a review on her! ..... Anyways TRY THIS PLACE And review it yourself! :)

We had high expectations because we loved country grill before, however their upgrade seems more like a downgrade. Food was decent... You just have to wait! Its not timed right either, asked for our app first and all the food was brought out at the same time. No pizza stand for the pizza, so the tray takes up the whole table! Waited forever to be brought water, and even longer for a beer! I watched the bar tender serve 8 drinks before out beers were even poured. (Shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes at a bar, thats not even packed, for a beer) wait staff is very inexperienced and you can tell. Not sure who manages them, but the "dress code" is a joke. We may try again and see if service improves....

This new place they have is TERRIBLE! The food was seasoned way too much and the fries my friends got were terrible, they were cold and just a pile of grease. Our server got our order wrong like 3 times. This new place is such a disgrace to the old country grill, our server had tables all over the place and literally talk to us like twice, I dont remember her name but she was black with a ponytail. We wanted waters and she kept walking past our tables.. Overall the food is nasty now and the servers suck. Plus it took us about 15mins before we even got a server BRING THE OLD COOKS BACK AND THE OLD FOOD! It was way better!

Thought we would try this restaurant again. The salad was very good; however, the entrée was mediocre--very salty, and they did not have any of the steaks listed on menu. The wait staff was rather slow. Was disappointing. We brought our family here for breakfast a month ago, and it was terrible! There were 8 of us and everyone got their breakfast at different times, so some were done before others were served. Also, a couple orders were incorrect, not once, but twice!
