I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT. I made reservations for two and when I arrived the hostess was also the cashier and was taking orders, therefore it took 6 minutes before we were acknowledged. The hostess finally greeted us and took us to our seats. We saw there was a booth available and asked if we could be seated there, she pointed out it was dirty and we stated we would wait for the table to be wiped down. She nodded, set our menus down and walked away. The busboy immediately came the wipe the table down and was courteous as we took our seats. About 2 minutes later the server, who I believe was also the manager came to ask what we wanted to drink and pointed out we had taken someones seat, as the booth had been reserved. My dinner companion responded that perhaps he should be discussing this with the hostess, as we had not arbitrarily taken the booth, we had requested it and no objection had been raised. The manager continued to tell us next time we should just sit where we are told, didnt apologize, and again asked what we would like to drink. My dinner companion asked what he would recommend and the server/managers response was, "Whatever is on the menu." I proceeded to ask if he would rather we leave and he shrugged and pointed to the door. I couldnt believe the experience we were having. We walked out of the restaurant, looked back and he again pointed for us to walk out the door. Ive never felt so defenseless and treated so poorly. I will never return to this restaurant nor do I recommend anyone risk being treated as poorly as we were.

My wife and I have eaten sushi at some great places across the United States and internationally, and we honestly give this place five (if not SIX stars). One of the greatest things for us is that its just a couple miles from our house, but we would drive across town in order to eat there. We go out of our way to visit Sushi Dot Com at least once a month. The service is off-the-hook. Theyre the nicest people. I tried flying fish sashimi once when the owner had a fresh supply of it. He came over and showed me photos of the fish before preparation. So cool! The sushi chefs are (Im not blowing smoke here) among the best in the world. True artists. Great guys, but very humble. I could go on and on but I want to make sure and mention that, beyond sushi, these guys are fantastic. They knock it out of the park with their non-sushi dishes... teriyaki beef was crazy good. My wife and I went to Sushi Dot Com when we were dating, after we got married, and now we go with our little boy and family members. A great place to meet friends. Their specialty rolls are fantastic (the Yummy Roll rocks). Get steamed gyoza and a tall Sapporo or a recommended wine, and youll love it. Marble pop for the the kiddos!

The dish was OK, but the service was very slow. My girlfriend and I ordered 3 dishes and an appetizer at 9pm, and the appetizer came out after we urged the server at 9:30. The I ordered a takka don, for around 13 dollars. It is just 5 small pieces of tuna on a bowl of rice. Disappointed.

The benito(sp?) boxed lunches are great! Theyre the perfect amount of very fresh meat, vegetables and salad with a delightful presentation. Ive never left over-full or under-filled. Service is always prompt and very friendly.

Not that expensive, fresh sushi and great vibes. It really isnt a kid friendly environment, even though they do have high chairs etc. People usually bring small kids that cry, i did and was like "never again".

Excellent Sushi and Ive tried them all from AkiHana, Ontani, Kikyo, SushiKo, Haiku, etc and this one is my favorite. While it does not compare to NY and LA Sushi Ive tried, its the best in Columbus.
