DO NOT buy any Gift Certificates from info Online Outlet (by neofill), [endorsed by radio stations: Sunny 95 and 107,9] for this resto. Although I NEVER have problem before from Online Outlet except for LA PLAZA TAPATIA RESTAURANT. I purchased the Certificate on January 2012, its marked exp on DEC 2012 and embossed with the companys logo, but I when there today for lunch, and was told that starting Jan 2012, they wont take the Cert anymore, because they dont have relationship with the company that selling it", this was info by the short hair resto mgr, she said her name is Christina Gonzales, witness by her cashier named Janelle. She said she was told by her boss, Rafael (no last name). I asked her to write me a statement of what she told me...she refused. The mgr didnt want to come out to face me for over 15 mins, meanwhile the cashier threatened me that they will call the PD if I didnt pay. Its very humiliating and embarassing. I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE, and do not buy their certificate online either. Obviously they have a terrible management, and maybe its a scam.

Food is delicious. Waitresses are a disaster. The one we got kept forgetting to bring things we asked for. We also ordered food to go as soon as we arrived. We left after an hour and the order was still not ready. It was a simple dish. No excuse for it being late other than the waitress forgot to put it in. Definitely wont come back. There are many other delicious Mexican food places where service is highly priced. About the market. Every time I bought meat there if you dont eat it the same day, the very next day the meat is rotten even if you put it on the fridge.

La atención muy mala. la sopa de mariscos demasiado sal pedimos 2 tostadas de camarón y solo me llevaron 1 . Cuándo pedí la cuenta la mesera me pregunta q si me llevaron la otra tostada q me faltaba ,Muy mal servicio no me gusto la comida

The food was good at the restaurant but the menu was very confusing. I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants and none of the usual "especials," plates or sides were offered. I found one thing I thought Id like and ordered it. It was good but, I dont think Ill go back since Im not sure what theyre offering. They need to fix their menu. Also, the wait staff was not much help in ordering. Too bad, because I really wanted to like this place.

Pretty authentic tasting Mexican restaurant + market! Prices are a little higher than im used to but worth it considering I wasnt expecting to find a place like this out in the middle of Ohio! Visiting from Texas and it was quite a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended if youre looking for some really good Mexican food/groceries.

I just moved here from California, I was trying to shop here so I walk in and ask for a cashier and manager for a brochure,store coupon add to know whats on sale and they said everything in stock is prized and they had no brochures no ads they looked at me from head to toe like I was trash so I left ." They are rude!!! Bitches

If you love delicious Mexican cuisine, a beautiful ambiance, a doting wait staff, visit La Plaza Tapatia. If you want to purchase your own Latino groceries, fresh baked goods, rich desserts, a beautiful selection of meats and seafood, visit the store that is adjacent to the entrance. Did I mention the live mariachi bands?

Great place to obtain Mexican food ítems. Have heard some things about their meat but have yet to have a be experience. Good customer service. The restaurant is OK, they did have the mariachi when we went. Food was OK too. I prefer to go there more for food shopping. Bread is always great there

I would have given them 0 stars if it wasnt for the nice waitress i had. Other than her my experience wasnt great or good or okay. There is a security guard there who just stands around flirting with the female staff and the cashier Consuelo is very rude disrespectful and unprofessional!

Very nice place to eat. Good food and the piñon ice cream its amazing. Personally I like one server She s new but very helpful and great with customers. Had already tried another server and "Rude, pusher, and not so friendly." But the food in the restaurant its great.
