You can see my full review on Yelp, but Google does not allow enough characters for all details. We will not return to this or other ERG locations. 1. They wipe table down after seating us. 2. After getting menus, the server came over and said she would be right back for drink orders. We then sat there for at least 15 minutes (no exaggeration) while she, then she and the manager, were trying to figure something out with another check at the greeting station right next to us. It is fun to literally watch the poor service staring you in the face. Tip: if you are busy, get your table(s) drinks, so that the wait does not feel as long. 3. Server back and asked to take drink orders. We were ready to put in full orders. 4. They bring out one my daughters order (solo) and it is wrong. I try to correct it but it is soggy from the incorrect ingredient. Server takes is back, blaming the kitchen. Tally: 1 order wrong. 5. Rest of food comes and the runner has to ask who ordered what. No big deal when everything else is fine. I am the last to get food, but its wrong order. The manager apologizes and says that the server wrote the wrong number down. Tally: 2 orders wrong. 6. I look at my other daughter and realize she has a hard shell taco sitting in front of her; she ordered a soft taco. Also, it is beef; she ordered chicken. She does not want to wait for a new order, as I am doing, so she says she will just eat it. Tally: 3 orders wrong. 7. Manager comes back with my order, apologetic. I tell him of the incorrectness of my daughters order and he apologizes and offers to remake it (obvious offer). She tells him it is alright; again, she does not want to wait anymore. He says, "if youre happy, then Im happy." Eh, a bit off the mark. He leaves. My other daughter informs me that he rolled his eyes,.but I am pretty sure it was directed at the kitchen staff...I think. 8. I begin to eat and realize that my order is still not correct. Im a big boy and am patient, but this is pretty damn ridiculous. I decide to eat my dinner since it is one item off and my belly does not need the extra cheese from what would be the correct item. Tally: 4 orders wrong. 9. Context for tally; we had 6 people in our group. 10. Finally, this pretty poor experience is ending and the server brings the checks. She puts mine down and says, "I will take it and run it now," before I even pick it up. Mind you, I had not complained to her, but for the incorrect burger, nor did we rush her for our check. She stands over me as I look at it. Talk about bad form, what a rude girl. I paid the full bill and still left the server an appropriate gratuity. I have a personal philosophy on this with which many would not agree, but I now wish I would have disregarded my own stance. I stopped by the greeting station on the way out (we were seated right next to it) in order to talk to the manager about the issues, but he was nowhere to be seen at this point. I thought about telling another server that happened to be near, but she walked to her section as i approached. I never got to talk to the manager because I was not interested in waiting around...yet again. To be clear, I am a patient customer, especially with restaurants, since mistakes happen and people have bad days while still needing to show for work. I roll with punches and typically wont get too bent out of shape; I try to let service providers damn themselves with their own actions. If they have pride in their establishment, in their service, or just want to get paid, they need to initiate the appropriate response to customers when things do not go well. The customer should not have to demand better service or resolution. At the very least, they should have removed the cost from one, probably two, of the incorrect orders. This was the real issue; providing a piss-poor experience and never trying to make up for it. The most credit I can give: the server feigned courtesy and the manager did the surface level apologies that would be expected.

I hate when a place says they close at a certain time, but when u get there they closed a whole hour before they are supposed to. Like what the hell?! I drove way over here with my heart set on Mexican food & you mean to tell me you are closed! Plus they were the only Mexican restaurant open in my area. There was a guy at the front near the register as I went to try to open the door of course it was locked & he was waving his hands thru the other side saying were closed, which pissed me off even more. What a load of crock! Stick to your business hours. Well Taco Bell it is for tonight.

This was my first time at this restaurant. My friend took me there for a birthday dinner said she heard it was a good place. The food came out fast. Thats great!!! & with a healthy amount started eating and after a few bites F***** HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! UGHHHHH The waitress saw me holding up the hair and walked by. WHAT! We called her back to get the Manager by then the hair had fallen onto the food. He said I cant see no hair.REALLY my friend said well there is one on this food. Of course I did not finish it but NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMERS

We just enjoyed date night here! Excellent food, and even better service. There was no wait to sit. I swear the food came out in maybe 4 minutes. Carnitas were amazing- not too fatty, lots of meat, plate had great portions. Chili Verde- great seasoning, preferred slightly more tart and acidic tomatillo taste, but overall very yummy and filling. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great meal! You guys exceeded our expectations.

I have been a big fan of El Rancho Grandes food for many years. I was elated when they opened a location near where I live. I have visited this particular location numerous times. The service is always great! My servers are always friendly and very efficient. I have never had to wait to be seated. Just always a pleasure!

I ate there a couple days ago with my friends for their graduation and she no joke found a bug and a piece a hair in her food. First off; the quality of food in your meal is absolutely disgusting, you cant make up for it- we had fun drinking margaritas but the fact that we found a bug in her food was just so disgusting.

Its alright. Got some nacho supremo at happy hour. Wasnt pretty but was tasty and hit the spot. Also the happy hour 1/2 price margaritas are legit. I can see the college kids liking this place, but I wouldnt really go there on a date or for a nice meal.

The food is absolutely delicious here. I know this is the best El Rancho Grande I have ever visited. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were typical. I loved the outdoor seating. I got a table immediately on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was great!
