Whomever was shift manager this evening need seriously re-trained when it comes to customer service or fired. We gave our coupons while in the drive through but didnt look at the receipt until after we left, only to see we were charged full price. My husband immediately called and the manager told us there was nothing she could do, that basically he couldnt prove he had coupons and she didnt have them or his receipt. (what?!) She also stated that he should double check himself. Well, yes...but then again you dont expect to be stiffed not once, but twice in the same day. Thats right. Twice. He works in that area and went there for lunch and the same thing happened. I guess customers arent always right anymore. Regardless, Im spreading the word for others to steer clear of this store and give business elsewhere unless they right the wrong and obviously re-train or find a way to keep better track so that others are wrongly accused of lying.

Every time I come here, its pretty good overall. The only thing that irks me is when you order a Blizzard, they hold it upside-down afterwards, to "show the thickness of the ice cream." I then asked, "why dont you also hold your cones and sundaes upside-down then as well?" which of course utterly baffled the employee.

Family loves Dairy Queen, but the lines in the drive thru can be quite off putting. Especially when some people decide to order half the brazier menu instead of being polite and going inside. The dining area is clean and maintained well. Cakes are frequently stocked as well.

I got a chocolate peanut butter blizzard. It was OK. The service was OK. I would have been happier going to the grocery store and buying what I was craving for. My tastes have changed to higher quality products, and DQ is just not that.

Great little neighborhood ice cream stand. The hot food they offer isnt bad either. Service isnt top notch, hence just the 4 stars. But hey, its a bunch of high school kids working thier first job! What do you expect? ;-)
