This is for the Mr. Hero by Walmart in stow off of Graham Road. After getting my food i turned to walk out and happen to go back in because i forgot something. And the elderly foreign lady with glasses who is always on the fry station was out from behind the counter after the rush with a dust pan and broom when i came back in, spot sweeping with the same gloves she was making our fries with, i literally walked out for only like 7 seconds. Maybe the actual boss doesnt know about any of this but Ive worked for mr hero and they have dropped stuff on the floor and still served it to the public ( frozen meats and buns) and if there are old fries they get re-deepfried (because ive had to do it). Oh and for the record if someone brings back a messed up sandwich and you order that same kind of sandwich, they will toast you a new bun throw the meat from the brought back sandwich on the grill and put it on your new toasted bun for you order.

I love Mr hero. Always have. The Roman burger has been one of my favs for as long as I can remember. That being said, I dont know if its this particular location or a franchise wide change but, I really didnt care for the new hoagie roll they used. It was floury and didnt have much flavor. Not to mention the hamburger patties appear to have shrunk considerably. It was still made fresh as were the waffle fries which were piping hot and crispy. All in all Id say it was kind of a let down. Im definitely bummed about it. I will try other locations though to see if this is a localized issue. Stay tuned!

I showed up 5 minutes before they closed. The open light was still lit. I grabbed the handle and the door was unlocked then a woman came into the entry way saying they are closed. People were still sitting in the dinning room eating. I walked back to my car and called the store. The gentleman that answered said it was 9:01 on his clock. I told him it was before 9 a few minutes ago when I walked up to the unlocked door. I told him its bad for business to turn customers away 5 min before you close. He said to give him a bad review. Im not sure I will ever eat at this establishment again!

This Mr. Hero is pretty consistent with their food. It is freshly made to order and they dont mind customizing. The dining room is pretty small, but certainly not the smallest, and is kept clean. I have never had to make a complaint at this location, so that gives it a thumbs up from me!

Sure youve had a Roman Burger, but if you never had one from this Mr hero then it probably wasnt as good. This is hands down the cleanest most professional Mr hero Ive ever been in.
