Welp, we thought we would give it another shot, after not frequenting this restaurant for a couple years. Our family decided to have the breakfast buffet. I have to say most items tasted the same, bland and/or were processed generic; like the powdered scrambled eggs. The buffet was not being attended to or replenished, they were out of many items. The plates were mostly dirty, we had to scroll through to find clean ones. One of our silver ware roll ups had food on the knife, I had lipstick on my coffee mug and the coffee was undrinkable. The restaurant floor was also dirty. Our waitress was friendly and did her best, she was the only positive part of the experience; she and the other waitress were also responsible for being the hostess. The final insult was the bill, the breakfast buffet was $12.99 each!! We payed fifty dollars for a meal that is literally leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I am sad to leave this review because Big Boy was my go to, as a younger man; it is not the same today.

Usually Me And My Family Love All Big Boys Resturants But This One Was The WORST! Usually We Dont Complain About Anything At Diners/Fast Food Resturants But This Time We Did. Our Beverages Were Ordered Nearly 45 Minutes After We Were Seated. And Then It Took ANOTHER 45 For Them To Come. While We Were Ordeing Our Meals Our Waitress Continued To Interupt Us And Payed No Attention To What We Said. She Was Also Very Rude Amd Made Fun Of My Daughter For Talking In A Lisp (Which She Has A Speech Impendemant). Two Tables OF People Left While Waiting For Their Meals. And Eventually So Did We. While ON Our Way Out My 2 Year Old Son Slipped On Ice Which Nearly 4 Waitresses Passed By And Never Bothered To Clean. This Was Unfortunatly The WORST DINNING VEXPERIANCE EVER.

I ordered a turkey club sandwich and when it came out IT WAS MISSING TURKEY ON 1/4 OF THE SANDWICH! When I brought it to my waitress attention she asked" Would you like a new one or a discount?" I just asked for a discount since I was on my lunch break. My bill was $11 and some change... The manager gave me .80 cents off... EIGHTY CENTS!!! I didnt even get a full sandwich and she had the gull to think that was a fair adjustment. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Just because someone has the title "Manager," doesnt mean they know how to handle situations like one. Go back to being a waitress.

This place was awful! How do you run out of pasta and coleslaw? Everything we wanted they were out of. The waitress was ridiculously slow sat ourselves took her 5 minutes to bring menus then 10 minutes for our pepsi. Tried to order they had nothing I asked after we were told the truck comes tomorrow I then asked her how old the fish was, her reply was a weak smile and a shrug. Needless to say we left. It was not busy I wonder why nothing to serve people. WILL NOT BE BACK.

One of the worst resturants in the area. A change of ownership did nothing for this business. Menus are deceiving because they still say "combos". The food isn"t very good either. The waitresses and cashiers seem to have an "I really dont give a damn" attitude which was the worst part of our dining experience. Sometimes its better to just pay your bill and walk away. Its also easy to understand why this location has lost so many customers. I will never visit this establishment again

Sat down was asked what we wanted to drink and we also ordered our meals. Very quickly we were given out salad and cole slaw but no drinks. Finished our salad and still no drinks had to end up calling to her across the room to get them. She ginally came back to see if we wanted refills we asked for a box for my sons meal and while im still eating with fork in hand she askes if i want a box also. Not a very good experience by any means tonight. Usually a great place to eat.

We had about an hour so we thought Big Boys would be a quick and easy breakfast. After 45 minutes we finally got our food, although it was missing a few items. My husband asked for over medium eggs and received sunny side up. My corned beef hash was nothing more than large slices of corned mixed together with undercooked hash browns. Overall we had a horrible experience, probably the worst Ive ever had at a Big Boys. Very disappointed.

I go there several times a month with a lady I do home health care for. They have poor management and services. They are sometimes slow on serving us, the food isnt that great, and a few times they have been out of what I wanted to order when its only 10am. I only go there because the lady I take care of wants to eat there. I wont be ordering from there anymore except for a glass of water. What a shame that they cant get it together.

My family and I go to this Big Boy somewhat often. Mostly because its right down the road from us, but also because its a great place to grab a meal for the family. The Kitchen Sink Burger is phenomenal! If you are able to eat two of them in a certain amount of time, they are comped and you get a t-shirt and a pic on the wall. I havent done it yet, but the burger is the bomb and I probably will try it soon.

Keep in mind you are going to a Family Restaurant, not Fine Dining. So, with that being said, its what you expect for a burger, fries and a shake. Decent food, decent prices, decent service. If you want to eat somewhere with no children around, well then dont come here. My daughter (age 3) and I stopped here after work, she ate, I had a shake, and we were both happy.

Went in for a carryout and the teen that took my order told me to hang on a second, then took a selfie on her cell phone. Then asked how she could help me. I ordered a burger, fry, and salad. She forgot my salad and had to be reminded. They were not busy at all they only had 1 table in the place at 3 pm besides my walk in carryout.

Smells like pee. We were placed in a terribly ripped seats. Broccoli soup was cold and the remake had pieces of ham. Lettuce tasted old. Boyfriends hamburger was undercooked. Fries were burnt. Wrong side was given to us. Bathroom disgusting. I didnt eat much. Not busy. Our waitress was nice. Wont be going back. Oh they re hiring

We went to eat there and my girl ordered a chocolate shake and had peanut butter on the cup. Her kids hotdog was cold. Her cheeseburger was missing a piece of cheese, and the whole staff didnt seem like they wanted to serve us or even be there.

The staff was great, it just took our waitress five times to split the bill correctly after we explained it several times. The food was good but there was a strand of hair in my burger. It wasnt from the cook though…...we wont be coming back.
