When I first walked in, I was really impressed. The decor was beautiful! I went with some friends and we ordered crab Rangoon for an appetizer. The Rangoon was average but the sweet and sour sauce was the worst tasting I have ever had. It was way too sweet and there was just something off about the flavor. The hot and sour soup was really good but heres where things started going downhill. When my plate came out, the first thing I notice is about a half inch piece of silver wire sitting underneath my chicken. Luckily I didnt eat it, since it had a sharp point on one end! As if my appetite was not turned off enough, unfortunately I ordered the sweet and sour chicken so I was hugely disappointed due to the sauce (which I mentioned before). My friends entrees came out at least 10 minutes after mine. They ordered sushi but there was no one else in the restaurant so we werent sure why it took so long. They are big sushi fans so they know what they are talking about when they told me it was NO GOOD! Would be a great restaurant ...if the food was better...

Do not go here!!!! It is WAAAAAYY overpriced. I paid 15 bucks for the dinner portion of their Mongolian Beef that I wouldve paid half the price for at another Chinese place. Now if their quality was great, then I would understand. But honestly it was about the same as any other place if not worse. I was also not full after eating that. If I had paid 15 bucks for that at another Chinese place, I wouldve been STUFFED. The only decent thing about this place is the scenery. It was a beautiful place with a bar there (which in my opinion contains a mediocre selection of alcohol) but I would still not pay 15 bucks for that. Its not this or that. If they have great scenery, they should also have great food as well.

Decent food, but I have had better. Horrible service and tremendously long wait one day. Decent service on the other. Hit or miss place. Just a warning on the endless sushi. It took so long for one round to come out that we only ended up getting two rounds and a few people at our table were only able to get one round. They max you out at 2 rolls and 6 sashimi per round. In addition to the long wait, they stuff each roll with tons of rice to fill you up. At the end of the night (several hours later), you find yourself stuffed with rice, unsatisfied, and 20 dollars short. Anytime a restaurant has this many promotions (half off nights, endless sushi, buy 1 1/2 off entrees) you know something is a little off.

I bought a Groupon with high expectations, but my daughter and I had a very disappointing experience. The General Taos Chicken was soggy - not at all crispy - and the chicken inside was underdone and rubbery. My beef dish was far too salty and the beef was fatty. The waitstaff was not the best; we felt neglected. All in all, to pay $30 for 2 meals that were not good was a disappointment and a waste of money. (It wouldve been $45 without the Groupon.) This place is terribly subpar and way overpriced even with a $15 off Groupon. I was ripped off.

Cant go wrong with half price sushi during their happy hour on Monday and Tuesday! They have two menus one in English and one in Mandarin. Theyve only ever offered me the English menu, which has your basic sweat and sour chicken, general tso etc. I love authentic Chinese food and happen to read a bit of Mandarin so I always ask for the other menu. This restaurant would definitely improve of they offered a translation to the more authentic menu for curious/adventurous customers who happen to dont speak Mandarin.

Came in with a group of 8. 5 adults, 2 infants (under the age of 3mo), & a 2 year old. We sat down. We waited literally 15min. to be greeted, then after that, we got our drinks 10min. later.. we ordered right away when we ordered our drinks because we had a feeling it was going to be a long one. Of course it was. When we got our food, we didnt get all of our food that we ordered.. we also had to wait a long time to get our checks.. as we walked out, our waiter was sitting at the bar talking with a friend..

Service was terrible. We had 6 adults, 2 babies and a toddler. We were sat down, no one came to our table for at least 15-20 minutes. Another table was sat next to us and had already ordered. The other servers didnt even look over to help get drinks or silverware for us. All of our food came at separate times and it took us to finish our meals to refill waters! And then a goos while for oue checks. Servers were at the bar just hanging out when we walked out. Never coming back.

Long wait and the food was horrible. Tasted like it had been frozen and re-warmed. The waiter then stole my debit card. He claimed he did not but the card did not just vanish into thin air. The manager made an effort to look for it, but it was simply gone. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a new card, fees, etc. We will NEVER go to this place again.

Have visited the Sancus location for the past two nights in a row on my trip to Ohio. The food is fresh and delicious, cooked superbly!! The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing. I could eat here every night of my visit and never get tired of it! A wonderful addition to the North Columbus dining scene.

Royal Ginger is yummy! Its in what used to be Wolfgang Pucks restaurant and its such an improvement. The service is good, and the food is amazing. The interior is beautiful, quite the transformation from the previous place. They have a great patio and an awesome happy hour. I highly recommend it.

Amazing food!! Amazing service!! If you are feeling like trying something new, ask for the Chinese menue and prepare your taste buds for an awesome experience. Even if you stick with the pictures on the menue, you will not be disappointed. You will see what I mean.

Not a great experience. Food and service was below average. Sushi wasnt good at all. Overpriced. Also wine was bad. Cheap gas station wine. We left the entire bottle on the table. With many other options for Asian food and sushi...not worth trying.

Been there twice. Monday and Tuesday they have sushi happy hour until 9pm, half price on all non-special rolls. Great deal and great taste. They have other Asian food that certainly smells good, but the happy hour deal is too good to pass on.

Incredibly average food. We ordered the chicken pad thai and general tsaos chicken. Both were fairly bland and felt like they were missing something. The general tsaos was a bit overpriced for the portion size.

Dont make any plans!!!!! Its been over an hour, this places doesnt want to hire cooks, wait staff, service is probably the worst Ive experienced. 10 more minutes and Im going Jerry Maguire on this place....
