5/5 without a doubt. This restaurant may be small, but packs a load of ethnic charm and is wholeheartedly authentic in every way. We felt as if we were actually dining in the otherwise Asian country of Korea when dining here. In the case of Ha Ahn, the lack of dining space had no bearing over what we experienced. Traditional Korean appetizers were served to us, which included Gyeranjjim (Korean Steamed Eggs) and Banchan (Vegetables, Tofu, Seafood). Im always the most excited about the complimentary appetizers when visiting Korean restaurants given how unique and high quality they normally are. Ha Ahn lived up to this expectation of mine. I decided on Hoedeopbap (consisting of steamed rice mixed with sliced or cubed saengseon hoe, apple, various vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber and sesame leaves, sesame oil, and chogochujang.) The menu is moderate and all items are accompanied by images, which was very helpful. All in all, I had a fantastic experience dining here. It was truly an ethnically authentic diamond that Im disappointed that I didnt discover sooner.

The good: The service and side dishes The bad: The beef bulgolgi and steam dumplings were terrible (worst I ever tasted). The meat was grisly and had a weird smell. Overpriced for what you received $15 for poor meat quality. Im not sure how this restaurant received 5 out of 5. Disappointed.

This restaurant is amazing! The entrees are very delicious & the service is great! My boyfriend & I go here for lunch time all the time, & leave with full stomach. The prices are very inexpensive as well. I would definitely recommend this to family & friends.

One of the best Korean food in Cleveland. Extremely good food and great service all the time. There has not been one waiter who has been unpleasant. The side dishes and the yogurt drink at the end are such nice touches and makes me want to keep going back.

I love this place!! Its small so I do not have to worry,about a bunch of people. The food is always fresh, the owner n his fam is so Welcoming n friendly!! Thank goodness. Being from Cali Im so used to the best. But this is def the best.

I am a fine dining chef in Cleveland and this is one of the restaurants here that really gets me excited. The food is delicious and inspiring. The staff is extremely personable and helpful. I love the whole vibe of the place too.

I have had most of the menu here, and I love everything. Prices have increased slightly in the past year, but it is still good and fair enough to make me walk past the wonderful Superior Pho.
