My family and I are down here from New York, and we googled Buffets in the area and we found this one. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was right on top of things. There was only a few things that I wasnt impressed about, the soft serve ice cream machine was down; that is all fine because they had scoop-able ice cream. For my daughter who is only 6 she thought it was yummy, but for me it tasted a little frostbitten. The other desserts were wonderful as said by my boy friend. Then there was the restroom; I dont know how the mens restroom was, but the womens on the other hand I do. First thing I noticed was that none of the original locks worked but where replaced by big slid locks. Then my daughter showed me in the handicap stall the tank had blue tape on it like the lid was broke. When we went to wash our hands the sick had soaked paper towels around it, like there was some kind of leak, or possibly someone before us was messy while washing their hands, but I doubt that because at the back of the sink there was a washcloth that was also soaked.

Just left the Double Dragon with my family. I have been a Chef for going on 15 years now and let me tell you this place was a let down. I guarantee that the majority of hot food here were not being held near their 140° SAFE holding temp. We all ate less than half of multiple plates of food trying to find something worth while that was not room temp or straight out COLD! When confronted, they argued that we should have said something earlier and they would have made us new hot food, which isnt the point it is a buffet the food should be hot, safe, and ready to eat. Then only offerd a 20% discount on our bill, before drinks and tax! Only the food itself! This was one of the worst meals Ive ate in a very long time. I would have enjoyed a pepperoni pizza Hot Pocket more than anything the Double Dragon has to offer. Disappointing and surely not safe to eat.

I have been coming here for many years. I love the flavor of the Mei Fun, although the past couple times I went it didnt have as much of that signature flavor. I also like the Lo Mein noodles, the green beans, the buttered potatoes, the crab legs, and the Sesame Chicken. The crab biscuit things on the back table are also good. I like to put the sauce from the General Tsos on my noodles. Also the sauce for the dumplings has such a great flavor, I pretty much like to dip everything I get in it. The dumplings themselves are a bit to doughy though. I generally dont like the meat in the dishes very much besides the Sesame Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken though. Everything here isnt fantastic, but the things I do like, I keep coming back for because no where else does them quite to my liking. Nice staff, great price for lunch and free hot tea!

Food was tasty, and had a wide selection. They even have a small selection of sushi. I also enjoyed the clean environment, heck even the bathrooms are clean! One thing I noticed about Chinese buffets are that the servers are usually a tad on the rude side. Perhaps its more shyness than rudeness, but here I get good service, and the employees actually smile. A couple of complaints are that a few of the fishes werent hot enough, and they had some pudding that tasted sour. Mistakes happen, but it is worth noting. Give it a shot. Its pretty good! Edit: Paid full price for dinner service. Menu is barely changed, and they never refilled the crab legs my entire time there. I will never come here for dinner service or on Sundays (Sundays is full dinner service all day)

I ate here because they were offering free hot tea. While the staff was very friendly and attentive, the buffet food was horribly dry and the plates were dirty. There were muffins that were so dry the paper cups theyd been baked in had become slightly crispy and melded to the rest of the muffin. I actually thought it was some kind of fancy dumpling until I got a mouthful of paper. That may be more of a reflection on me -- still. Also, somehow, even with dirty plates, I ended up eating a fair amount of soap with my food. This might be a better place to order a regular meal rather than risking the buffet.

My family and I are great fans of this restaurant!! Many great choices, always friendly staff. One particular server who goes by the Sammie is always wonderful!!! We have had her as our server and has always made it special for our kids. She has even taught them to say a few words in chinese. We have gone their at least in the past year about 8 times and are planning on going back very soon. Thank you Double Dragon for your great business.. And a special thank you to Sammie!!!!

The food is horrible. The bathrooms were disgusting. Not worth 11.65 a peice for dinner. In the bathroom every toilet was clogged and dirty. They had a tressemee shampoo bottle for soap. It was gross. Would.not recommend. Only thing i ended up eating was a bowl of ice cream. And also coming up to our table when we just sat down and telling us to leave a tip on the table isnt exactly making me want to tip you. Very unprofessional. Get it together!

You cant find another best restaurant in cleveland other than this one. Now i am thought to be permanent visitor :-). Lots of varieties. Around 10 variety of chiken dishes, 5 variety of Pork dishes, my favorite prawn and crab dishes, Fruit salads. Lots of appetizers to just to start with, no end till you give up. Ice-creams at the end to flavour your spirits

Worst horrible experience. Never again would I eat here again. Customer service horrible. We were given a price of $ 7.45 per adult. Ended up paying $10.00 when talked to the manager he denied it we showed proof of what was said then he changed the stories. He kept getting caught in lies. Needless to say good was ok but everything else just messed up.

1/2 way through our meal my wife had to throw up and was sick for hours after..I couldnt walk 10 feet from the toilet the rest of the night and we both had stomach pains all night if that tells you anything about this place.. We should have gone to Kumo on Snow Rd as we normally do and will do from now on !!!!

The wife and I loving refer to The Double Dragon as the twin lizards.... We agree that the staff is kind and friendly and the choices of entries is superb. We have been there often enough that, certain staff members tell us "Its nice to see you again". I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.!

We came to this buffet like around 4:30 wich is dinner I assume that the food was gonna be fresh since their charching 9:90 per adult. Nooo it was old food, dry, bread was completely hard spinach with cheese was hard that I could not even cut it. For sure Im not coming back. Waste of my money

Best place ever. The spring rolls, Chinese donuts, chicken and broccoli, and teriyaki chicken is the best! The American food in the back is usually cold, but all the Chinese food is great. And I dont understand all the negative reviews. I mean what do people expect for a $7 lunch buffet?!
