I had never seen an all you can eat KFC buffet and just wanted to give it a try. The dinner buffet costs $8 when I went, lunch buffet is the same price. The food was exactly what you expect from KFC, warm crunchy fried chicken, soft biscuits and decent mashed potatoes and gravy. There are other foods you would expect there and overall the quality met my expectation except the mashed potatoes felt just slightly stale maybe it was poor timing on my part but that is just me being nitpicky the food was good. My only complaints were that the restrooms did not look well maintained and lacked soap and while the service was not bad it couldve been better. Id recommend at least going once for the novelty, maybe you will come away with a better experience than mine. As for me Ill stick with sweet tomatoes and a few Chinese buffets once or twice a year.

Lots of standing around. Employees useing there handsand eating. Food selection at buffet was limited, old. If its a buffet it should be stocked, have to ask for chicken to be restocked, on there time. Of course they alway went around to the back to get it. Employees sitting in dinning room talking to each other watching us eat. Place doesnt feel clean. Music was the wrong type and too loud. Dumpster in back has vultures more then 10. Save your money and peace of mind and go elsewhere.

The girl with the long braided hair was rude! I said hello and she did not say a word.She did not extend her arm to give me my card back so I had to snatch it, what did she expect? Then she had the nerve to say oh no she did not snatch it!?! Oh yes I did!!! I asked for the so called "manager" Glenn. She was worse than her cashier. Disgusting this place, she thought she could punk a white woman. Little did she know I dont take no crap from people like her. I will be written to corporate

Really slow drive thru! The food does come out extremely hot, but the wait is ridiculous. Had to sit in the drive thru 15+ min each time I went. Guy at drive through kept getting our order wrong and then overcharged us a lot for our food. At that point it was late and we were pissed off so we left. Charged us $11 for one popcorn chicken meal. WORST SERVICE EVER!! DONT COME HERE. Manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered a bucket. Was told by the manager that they were out of original recipe and that it would take ONE HOUR to make more. There is no excuse for running out of the main product and it certainly doesnt take an hour to make it. The employees at this store should all be fired.

I ordered hot wings they were not ready they told me to wait 10 minutes, i wait 30 minutes the wings came out it was burned it was so hard I had to throw it away I couldnt go back because I was in a hurry to take care of my father with dementia I will not go back there.

Its KFC food. I still love the traditional chicken and it doesnt disappoint. They clean regularly. The drawback is the employees dont smile much. If you need that, the Palm Beach Blvd one is happier. They interact more with customers, even after you get your food.

Went to KFC could not hear the speaker box so we pull up to the window and the lady gave him an attitude. Good day or bad day you still need to have a good attitude and think whats best for the customers Happen at 1:08 wont be going at that time anymore

Honestly... get some bleach spray and clean that place up... if you dont understand where... start with what your customers in the drive thru see... gross windows... if you cant keep what we see clean... then GOD only knows what we dont see looks like...

Sooooo I was sitting in the drive thru for about an 40 minutes... Never in my life have I had to sit this long in the drive thru ... I like KFC but this is the worst experience I ever had ... Literally wasted my gas in this line HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I took my kids there for the buffet. Granted, it was before closing. But, its not cheap. There was barely any chicken, and what was on the buffet had been sitting there quite a while. It was awful. Worst KFC experience ever.

Was charged for something I didnt get then argued with me about it when confronted. Can I just get the item I paid for? Seriously? Place is disgusting inside and employees are beyond rude. Needs to be demolished; start over.

Lady that took my order (30s, overweight, and Caucasian) was quite rude. What happened to good service? If you are looking for a place with good fried chicken and nice staff look elsewhere. I recommend publix or Popeyes.

Hot and miss, when fresh the food is great, the buffet is always bad so avoid it, drive thru or a fresh bucket of chicken is your best option here.
