I have eaten here many times and while quality can be good it is inconsistently good and at times disappointing. Servers are generally very weak at their job. Drink refills are as tough as pulling teeth, used plates pile up while no servers attend to you. Definately not worth the newly raised prices. Quality has been worse recently. I will go elsewhere from now on.

The whole experience was terrible the two at the terminals were rude we had to war 25 mins to get dusted when 3 sections were not open the food was not fresh we waited 15 mins for drinks and there wad no Gelato it was a birthday dinner how disappointing the ten of us wont be back

The service was horrible. The food was old. The best thing about the whole experience was the Build your own Pasta Bar. The cook was awesome and the pasta dish was amazing. There is truly a need for a customer service meeting.
