Lady thcrazy jat rung are order up was very rude aswell as the lady in the back yelling "I wont get them nothing" and constantly glaring at us while we sat and tried to enjoy the buffet. Will not return, lady was rude. I was seconds from loosing my temper and lost my sense of appetite completely. Me and my two friends ordered seperatly and each should of received a biscuit and a tray and a plate(all of us ordered the buffet). But all we received was one tray one plate and one biscuit. When I went up to get the other items for the separate orders the lady acted like I was being rude and obnoxious for just wanting to to get a buiscut and a plate for the buffet I ordered. Even after I smiled and was polite and said please and thank you since I understand Sunday can be a crazy day. But it was my first experience and they really ruined if for me since Im here in Florida from Kentucky for school. ASL=24/M white. Leesburg fl.

This is the third time my family has eaten from there and every time we have issues of stomach aches and diarrhea. Luckily I do not care for KFC and wasnt hungry enough to eat their MSG loaded chicken, so I did not get sick this time. We were willing to look past previous problems. My wife did witness a cashier handling food without washing her hands after handling money (cash is one of the dirtiest things to handle in a restaurant). Bad food handling and kitchen safety is the number one cause of food poisoning! For those of you who think its a simple issue of a "bad burger" when you get a stomach ache after eating out, nine out of ten times it is mild food poisoning and it is due to bad food handling and poorly trained kitchen staff. Please dine carefully. I just hope someone out there with little ones such as myself reads this before visiting this location

First off while ordering in the drive thru the cashier acted as if we were bothering her by being customers,she made a few rude remarks thru the speaker and I dont know if she realized the speaker was still on or didnt care. Once we got our food it wasnt made as described on the menu we took it back only to get home and find they only added a small amount of the left out items...by small I mean 2. It is pathetic that ppl apply for jobs and get them and then are bothered when customers spend money where they work to help them get hours and a paycheck. I will NEVER return to this establishment. The corporate office should be more involved with this location.

Filthy inside and out. We waited for 5 minutes at the counter as 3 employees sat in the back and looked at us and talked to each other. The buffet was filthy. There was no one else in the building except for us. No one at the drive thru. They could have said, "we will be right with you" if they were busy. But they were too damn lazy to wait on us. We left and went to the chicken place next door. Maryland Fried Chichen and had great service and an enjoyable meal. Drive another 100ft and have a good meal, not ignored by lazy KFC employees!

Most of the staff is inept...BUT! A young man, I wish I could remember his name, was waiting on an elderly gentleman who was taking quite a while to decide what he wanted and was worrying what everything cost. The wait on this elderly man was a little annoying but the young man was patient and polite. The gentleman asked if KFC gave a veterans discount. The young man replied no, but promptly told the elderly gentleman "Thank you for your service". I was so impressed by this young man. There is still hope, Ill sleep better tonight.

Very upset when I went to eat here today there was no ice for drinks and no seirra mist and no Mt Dew and they were rude and didnt even want to give me ice from the fountain machine in the back they they use to make the drive thru soda I know they dont come from behind the counter wow they didnt even check to see if they had any Mt Dew I dont drink Pepsi they were so very rude!!!!! Nope was their answer I am just mad they suck at this location!!!!!

I generally like KFC but this particular site was HORRIBLE. The place was filthy from top to bottom. The food was literally dripping grease and the staff was lazy, slow, and very rude . They ALL acted like we were bothering them by being customers. And yes, across the parking lot is Maryland Chicken. Clean, great chicken and friendly staff.

How is a chicken joint, somehow always out of chicken? Always, always end up with some container not closed completely that ends up all over the rest of the food. Its next to Marylands and Popeyes chicken... This particular KFC has turned me off to returning anymore till something changes.

Went here on a Saturday night, sign onvthe front door said open till 10. The door was locked and it was 9:11 pm. Didnt like the idea but went to drive thru and got no response. Wont bother to return as apparently they have no interest in customers.

Always out of items and when ordered the doublicious meal the sandwich didnt come with bacon or the sauce just cheese and mayo and it was burnt nasty never going back again
