Just Good Food stopped overnight in Cincinnati. Love Indian food so we gave Taj Mahal a try. Got food to go and are very happy we did. Dont let the store front stop you from eating here.We had 2 orders Vegetable Samosas,2 Nan Bread, 1 Chicken Biryani(came with no raisins or nuts) that was a bummer if its in the description of the dish on the menu it should be in the dish.1 order of Lamb Curry and 1 of Vindaloo. (i know lots of food but what can i say, Im a pig) Everything spice level 3... We loved it, tasted just like good fresh home made Indian Cuisine. No complaints other then the missing nuts and raisins. Paid $42.94 plus a small tip for the wonderful lady who took our order. We would go back for sure when in the area again.

I find reviews funny. One person gave one star bc they didnt ask for spice level...another complained about getting sick after one time...I have been ordering from them since they opened...about 4 years. Every time they asked spice level and Ive never gotten sick. The food is as good as Indian food in Cincinnati gets. Its not home (India)! But its tasty. Ive learned everybody makes their masala or any other dish differently. For the Taj, the chicken pieces could be a little thicker. For me the friendliness of the staff makes a difference, and Ive experienced friendly service for 4 years. Im glad the Taj is down the street from me. Gonna pick up an order now. :)

Its just a Indian Cuisine, better than nothing in city for little spicy food but I visited sometimes then I feel that dont expect quality food and service from here now, even basic needs hand washing sink and restroom also not available for customers now, but I seen 5 stars rating for this cuisine, I feel its fake.....!! Plz dont delete my Google review, if you improve quality in future I will update my rating and review for you, any way I love India foods

Stopped in for the lunch buffet on our way back Up North and was instantly greeted by a young woman who took the time to take us over to the buffet and give us a run down of what they were serving for the day. The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, friendly, and every table was filled with locals who love Indian food just as much as we do! When were passing through next time, we will definitely be making a pit stop!

Not too shabby, but not amazing. The garlic naan my table ordered was undercooked but still edible. My chicken tikka masala wasnt the best Ive ever had, but it definitely passed muster. My dinner mate ordered a dish of deep fried cauliflower in a spicy sauce, and it was what made the trip worthwhile. Delicious! Drinks come in cans, which was a let-down. I do want to return and try the lunch buffet soon.

I guess I can only really speak for the saag and makhani, but its the best Indian food I know of in Cincinnati--better than Ambar, Baba, Krishna, and Dusmesh in my opinion. The only occasional hiccup is when the chicken isnt quite as tender as I prefer. One the whole, though, its probably the best.

First time-visit. Very, very friendly family owned place (I love to support good family-owned businesses). Incedible food. My wife and I enjoy the curries (lamb, chicken). The prices are great and the quality of the food is first-rate. We are making this a new favorite.

Yum yum yum! Just found this place and the food is amazing! We get 2 orders of vegetable samosas because neither of us wants to share ;). The breaded cauliflower is ridiculously good. Top it off with amazing service and tolerance for food allergies. Win!

The best saag in the Cincinnati area in my opinion. The usual Indian fare with a few not often seen pakora dishes. Small dining room makes this place lean towards takeout which they seem to do a lot. Its become one of my favorite neighborhood takeouts.

Been ordering from here for years! I have been to a few Indian restaurants in the area, but in my opinion, Taj Mahal has The BEST Saag Paneer...Ever Made. Great food, very quick, and always excellent service. You guys are awesome, thank you!

I had the buffet. Entrees were okay, but not as good as Im used to from similar restaurants. Breads where good. Drinks options are just bottled drinks (no free refills). It was empty before noon on the Monday that I went.

As usual, the food and service are great. We were pleasantly surprised when they opened up in Brentwood, because we had gone to the Springdale location so very many times Ive the years. Its our favorite Indian food.

We were so happy to find that Taj Mahal was open on Winton! We loved their restaurant in TriCounty, and the food is still amazing. They have a small buffet or a full menu to order. Best Indian food in town! Thank you!

Came in for a lunch buffet on the weekend. The food was good for the price, the restaurant is nothing glamorous. Would recommend for a lot of tasty food quickly, they had a good variety on the buffet line.

Absolutely fantastic experience, every time. There are not enough stars, that you can give this fine restaurant. The service is fantastic, and the food is the best in Cincinnati.

Few dishes tasted good. Was very disappointed with Biryani though, at first glance it looked like fried rice. It was white rice mixed with some curry.

The food was shockingly bland. There was no service at all. The customers bus their own tables. Very Disappointed!! Dont waste your time or money!!

Worst biryani ever! The seasoning was not mixed and was salty sometimes. Forgot to ask spice level during order and made it bland another time!
