My mom and I were in the Hyde Park area from Dayton doing some house hunting a couple weekends ago and stopped into Keystone for their infamous Mac & Cheese, little did we know THEY DO NOT SERVE MAC & CHEESE ON SATURDAY FOR LUNCH? Seriously? We couldnt wrap our minds around why a restaurant wouldnt serve their most popular menu item on what I would think is their busiest day/time of the week. We settled with getting their french toast and a grilled cheese. Well 1.5 hours later we STILL hadnt received our food. We had to pull our waitress aside and tell her we had other apartments to view in 15 minutes and needed our food. What we received was a cold piece of french toast that they completely forgot to top with the whipped cream (which was the main reason my mom chose this item) and I received a "grilled cheese" which was two pieces of white bread that didnt even touch the griddle, 2 slices of cheese that werent melted and cold cheese sauce. The only think that was half decent was the fries with my meal. Im very disappointed. The meal cost $35 and the quality was unacceptable. Im embarrassed I suggested this restaurant and I will NOT be returning.

Taken there for my birthday on a Wednesday nite during UC spring break. Only maybe a dozen patrons 4 tables in the whole place. Service was soooo slow. Finally after 1 hour we got appetizer of Mac & cheese which was just OK. Main course arrived 45 minutes after that which turned out to be fairly good. We were hungry. We were there so long, that we decided to get our dessert to go. Our cookies were burnt!!! Really? Thanks a lot Keystone. We will not be returning or recommending your overpriced place.

This evening in particular I didnt order food but a couple of friends stopped to order some take out. We were waiting at the bar to order and even though it wasnt a particularly busy evening it seemed liked we were being ignored. The order was simple, a sandwich and a quesadilla. It took well over 30 minutes to get the food and when we got it home (a couple blocks away) it was cold. I have had better experiences before but that was for brunch.

What a great place. I recently hosted an event at Keystone and they made it fun & easy! Arriving from out of town I had no worries as the staff had worked hard and prepared well. Once I, along w/my group of 40, arrived we were welcomed with smiles. The food is outstanding! Get the mac&cheese...any of them. Thanks for making our reunion a great one; I will be back.

If you take advantage of specials this place is great. 1/2 price Mac and Cheese and Quesadillas on Mondays and Tuesday respectively are the best. Also Happy hour has $2 off drafts until 6pm. It used to go until 7 which was better and one of the rare 7pm Happy Hours in Cincinnati, but its still a good deal if you can get there in time to take advantage.

The food tasted decent. However, the chicken tenders were just large boneless wings. The service was terrible. They say they pride themselves on "hopspitality" so that must emphasize hops not hospitality. We waited for about 10 minutes at the hostess stand before someone acknowledged us and the table service was not any better.

Pretty darn good mac and cheese. A little expensive, but Mondays are half off. Unfortunately you now have to buy a drink to get the discount. Not sure its worth it at full price, but it is on Mondays. The BBQ sauce they make is really good too. Ive actually bought a few bottles to bring home.

Went here for lunch. Service was slow even though business was light. Slow lunch service is the worst when you have to get back to work. This usually keeps me from going back. 1/2 price mac n cheese on Mondays is a good deal, and they have a nice outdoor dining area.

Went for brunch on Saturday and OMG was it good! The brunch menu had way too many delicious choices so I ended up ordering the huevos rancheros! The sriracha lime sour cream was so tasty I cleaned the plate! Will definitely visit this place the next time Im in town!

Mac n cheese is all grown up! A ton of interesting flavor combinations to suit your inner fat kid. Try the Brisket Poutine or the Powerhouse Mac if youre in the mood to eat til youre stuffed and happy. The service is great and I have never once had a bad meal here.

Keystone always provides my wife and I an excellent experience. The food is excellent and dont worry about the prices, the quantity of food is more than you could ask for. They generally have a very good taplist and great mixed drinks.

Always had excellent food here and it is large enough that there usually isnt much of a wait. Be warned, the parking lot in the back is very limited and the lot next door tows people. It is best to just try parking on the main road

The food was good. It didnt seem busy, but it took a while for the food to come out. They messed up one of our orders. Everyone loved the mimosas. The staff was friendly. It was difficult to find a parking spot.

Buffalo Springfield Mac n Cheese, add mushrooms. Trust me... I wouldnt steer you wrong. Its out-freakin-standing! I love how they name the different Mac n Cheese dishes after artists... ingenious!

Had a table on the balcony there last week. It was a great spot for a meet up with a few friends. Quiet area with a cool view of Erie. Cant wait to go back - and I will request the balcony :)

This is a well-known, local establishment for German cuisine, so we expected well prepared meals. The meals were OK, but not as good as expected. Fun atmosphere. Server made several errors.

Great place for a relaxing evening. Excellent patio. Monday is Mac and cheese night for half price. The Pink Floyd with extra cheese sauce is awesome--memorable! Drinks are not cheap.

Wasnt a fan of the Turkey Ruben. Stick with the Mac n Cheese, its good, but be ready to pay for it. Its not cheap.
