Look, its Starbucks, so enough said about the coffee. The problem with this Starbucks is SPACE. Its way too small for Chagrin Falls. Its always packed, which means the wait line is really long, so long that you cant get through it to the bathrooms. Other than that, everyone is nice and friendly in a Chagrin falls sort of way .. you know what I mean .. youre in Chagrin Falls for a reason, right?

Typical Starbucks prices, but honestly one of the most scenic stores in the area. Seating inside is somewhat limited but the seats looking out the windows over the falls are worth it. You may also have to park down the street as the parking area in front of the building on the street is usually taken up by middle aged bikers. Other than that, an overall enjoyable experience.

Most magical location. If you have hours to work in the evening or need to study at a table overlooking the falls then this is the place. A friendly staff is quick with the order even when the line grows. Parking isnt bad if you dont mind a short walk...it is part of the charm.

Its a well maintained Starbucks. The only issue I have is that on cold days they push people outside when they come in to warm up, unless they are a paying customer. I mean I get it but look at the town youre in guys. Show some hospitality. Everywhere else closes early.

Staff is extremely rude! I was not allowed to have or purchase a cup of ice water in addition to my coffee and was forced to a bottled water which they couldnt even provide to me cold. This was on a friday morning when not even overly busy. I am extremely disappointed.

The team members that worked yesterday were very kind and patient with me explaining how to use my Starbucks app on my android phone. They also were friendly to talk to. Pretty great place to relax or get work done.

Great little spot to grab Starbucks and meet up with friends. It is one of the most scenic ones Ive been to with the beautiful view of the falls in the back. The baristas are friendly as well.

Beautiful location for a Starbucks. They have a deck you can sit on right outside the falls. Not very busy a lot of times even during the fests.
