Tonight my family ordered take out from this location guess bout 30 minutes the order showed up my wife noticed the food was not quite as hot as usual so she called the store an asked for the Manger the Manger picked up the phone an said hi this is Jason how may I help you my wife explanned the situation an he very professionally an with upmost sincerity aplogized an took full responsibility he offered 3 different ways to solve the problem we chose to remake the order an I guess within 15 minutes got us another order out which was hot an amazing I was just simply amazed at his professionalism !!!! You know in any business problems can occur but its the way they are handled that matters but I was pleasantly astonished with how well it was handled an just felt it needed to be heard love the food hear an the service is simply the best thank you

Ordered a carryout pizza and a buffalo chicken sub. They said about 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and the pizza hasnt gone into the oven yet, and they accidentally gave my sub to a delivery driver. Really? So I ended up sitting there waiting another 10-15 minutes while they make my food that was supposed to be done before I even got there. They didnt offer any sort of discount or even say anything about the inconvenience. Being that the pizza is ok but not really noteworthy, the prices are borderline insane compared to other (and better) pizza places, and their customer service is terrible, I definitely wont be going back to this Donatos or any other Donatos.

I was told on the phone for pick-up "about 15 minutes." I arrived then (as they stated) and continued to wait...it took over 30 minutes. If it will take twice as long to make/prepare the pizza for pick-up, then give honest feedback over the phone. Im reluctant to use your location or pizza chain in the future...not the first time this has happened.

I had a 5 - reduced to 1. Pizza two different occasions is sorta gritty, cheese tasted like plastic and was slightly burnt. Quality just bottomed out and delivery took a while on two occasions. Whats happening ? Did someone decide to cut cost on food or change a supplier?

Twice my order was wrong and this last time my order was very late, I believe we finally got it close to 2 hrs after we ordered. Granted they didnt charge us but it wasnt worth the wait (wings were awful). Not ordering from here again.

Half the pizza was delivered stuck to the lid. They gave us a credit but the exact same thing happened when we oredered another pizza! So frustrating! We wrote the company about the problem with no response. Beware!!!!

I ordered some hot wings and got a few less than 12. We called in to report it and got hung up on. We called back and got transferred to a manager who seemed very annoyed and accusing. Wont be ordering from again.
