This review is about the worthlessness of their online ordering service. It is really a 0 star review. On two separate occasions we arrived on time, paid, and waited by the ovens with about 4 other mobile orders. There was a long eat-in line as well. The first time, it took us literally over an hour and a half to receive our two cheese pizzas with tomatoes, with us asking where our order was every 5 minutes. I understand like a 10-15 minute wait during peak times but this was crazy. We literally stood there while the manager and staff looked at us while making 10 pizzas for the other line before making 1 online order pizza. The cashier was profusely apologetic and embarrassed by the manager, telling us to call the company because shes terrible, giving us pie day coupons, etc. Finally I gave up and said I wanted a refund (there were people there that had waited over 2 hours for a mobile order, what???). I had only waited that long to begin with because my sister lives out of state and really wanted to try it. The manager at that point came over and had the audacity to say the other team members she was stuck with were really slow and not that bright. Im a really chill person, but basically told her an hour was enough time for me to see what was really going on and to not pass the blame onto high school kids. And just like that we got our burnt pies. I gave them one more chance- different day, different manager, and the same thing happened. Granted, this time was only a 45 minute wait.....come on! There is literally no benefit of ordering online. Why not put the online order pizzas in the oven at the specified pick up time, and if the customer is late then its on them? That would make so much more sense as the point of an online order.....is to not have to wait.

I placed my order on line and when i arrived walked right up to the counter to check in. While waiting for the pizzas to be put in the oven, I was taken aback by the filthy prep area, floor and counters. I have worked in the food industry and this was beyond unacceptable. When the pizzas were completed, they were put on the rack and sat while the girl who was to box them talked and laughed with the people in the kitchen. Not only was she not paying attention to the pizzas or customers waiting she was wearing her "protective " gloves while holding in to dirty kitchen doors. When she realized that there were pizzas and people waiting she turned around to take care of it, all while still wearing the SAME gloves. We then waited another 5 minutes for her to figure out who had what and oh yeah, boxes for the pizzas. Needless to say I will not be returning any time soon. Oh and for my pizza, one was cold because it was out of the oven for so long. Absolutely not worth the money!

Lets talk about the company as one who has come through as a customer and a former employee One customer service from the team is on point everyone is nice and they make sure you get what you want on your pizza. Never complaing or looking upset the team is a A1 TEAM!!!!!!! Lets go to being an employee of blaze pizza I would not send my worst so called friend to work there for one the GM has no respect for you nor will she ever look out for you. No matter how many times you may go in on your days off or how many times you pick up a shift. You will be over looked for a promotion in the team. The management above her will never listen or take time to see how you feel. The GM WILL Never take time to give you a chance to grow she looks at all the ones around you. You will work 8 hours with out a break and if you want one you have to take it on your own. Trust me read this and really take it to heart before applying at blaze pizza

Waited 40 minutes to an hour to get pizza with gooey dough in the middle and burnt edges. Sure the pizzas cheap but I wouldnt want to wait next to that sweaty kid again. The place is claustrophobic and louder than f**k. Lets talk about the customer service though. The employees seemed like they were in no rush and didnt really care. At one point my girlfriend asked a question and the employee ignored her and then walked away. Once we finally got to pay, the cashier told us we could use the coupon we had for online orders (even though it says otherwise) because she saw. The general manager do it earlier. So after an hour long adventure in the smelly line with the AC/DC esque noise levels, we get a pizza that was flash fried around the edges and left mostly uncooked. Id give the pizza itself a 5/10 and the place overall a 2/10. Definitely a no go.

Hands down the worst pizza place Ive ever been to. After waiting 20 minutes in what I thought was an already short line, I already paid for my pizza and waited for a pizza that should have take 180 seconds to cook. Other customers were having issues, including 10-20 that left because it was taking forever. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked why he kept looking at my card and not putting a pizza to it. They looked in the oven for it, and it wasnt there. Apologized and said in 4 minutes Ill have a new pizza. 10 minutes later, still no pizza. I had to go back to work, so I asked for a refund. They gave me a free pizza redemption card and my money back, but why would I ever go back? The people I was with said it wasnt that good anyway. Id give them 0 stars if I could, but I couldnt. If I was LeBrond, Id sell the company ASAP!

I really like the place. And Im NOT a fan of thin crust pizza. But this... this is REALLY good. I get the high-rise crust which is still thin, but a little thicker and chewy. You get whatever you want on your own pizza with no guilt about putting on it what YOU want. And its great pizza, with really good ingredients. We paid under $20 for 2 build-your-owns for lunch and each had half a pizza to reheat for dinner. Not a bad deal! And the people have always been nice when Ive been there. I cant wait to have my son try it... because they even have GLUTEN FREE!! (Hes got celiac and hasnt gotten to eat pizza in years). Highly recommend Blaze. :-)

The pizza was good I like that you have so many options my friends and I did have to wait in line for a long time like 45 min to an hour and when we got up there the lady said youll have to wait we have orders called in we have to do so we had to wait again. I went through the line cashed out and waited for my pizza and was watching the lady cut my pizza . She cut my pizza and slammed the cutter down on it like she was mad and threw half of my toppings off and she picked my pizza up with her bare hands and was moving it and touching the toppings . Thats disgusting . Love the pizza but it seems like they do have some things to work on !
