Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and half pineapple, 10 hot wings, and 2 sprites. Received pizza with all pepperoni and pineapple on half, 2 water bottles, and hot wings that looked like they had been thrown under the fryer for a week and then dug out and reheated. Half of the meat was singed away because they "bake" the wings in the pizza oven. After receiving my delivery and discovering the problems, I tried calling and asking if they could fix the order. Rather than fix the order they decided to place me on "hold" for 23 minutes until I hung up and they did the same with roughly 3 more calls. Then the address found for the place goes to a residential area and the person on the phone also lied about the address. I finally found the place and demanded my order be fixed or refunded. I was given the option to have different food made in replacement of the wings and I was on my way. I hope others will take the warning from this review and not give these people a penny of their business. Everyone should also know that the business has posted many reviews of themselves and give themselves 5 stars and all the real customers give very low ratings of this place. All of the Russian and Hispanic names on here are the owners/employees. Disgraceful.

I typically review hotels and the food that I eat there, but while writing a review on the Hyatt Place in Orlando, I looked up at the time and realized I had not eaten and it was 11PM. (Used to Central Time). I ordered my usual (Pepperoni and Extra Sauce) and paper plates from a place called Gustoso Pizza (Or maybe Geneva Pizza (the flyer has a Geneva website address)) on 4976 Millenia Blvd in Orlando Florida. I was told about 45 minutes to an hour and they made the hour mark. I received my pizza, but they failed to give the driver paper plates (Still threw a 20% tip as it is not his fault). I get back to my room and notice that the pizza has light sauce. I call back and the same woman that took my order told me that they did put extra sauce on the pizza, but the way they bake it burned off the sauce. It was cold and dry (Due to the baking process no doubt). I have been doing reviews for years and have never given and I am a New Yorker (So, I know Pizza) and I have never given below 3.5 stars to any restaurant. I am sad to say that I had to give my 1st one star review. I recommend avoiding this place if possible as I was probably better off going hungry.

5/26/2016 Delivery. The order arrived on time, however it was the wrong order. The Pizza was really small, I mean small. I order a Large and They brougth me a "Medium". In top of that, it was really cold, like really cold. The only plus, the wongs flavor. La orden llego incorrecta, ordene una pizza grande y llego una "mediana". Es bien pequeña y llego super fria. Las alas tenian buen sabor. Pero no ordeno. El precio es muy alto para la pizza

Worst customer service. I walked in to place an order and I had never been here before. The guy behind the counter just stared at me, didnt say hi or anything, I grabbed a menu from the counter to see what I wanted to order. After a few seconds, he says "just let me know when youre ready" and leaves the counter, goes to a table and starts eating. A few minutes later another employee walked in and went behind the counter and took my order, he also wasnt very friendly. The pizza was okay but I wouldnt recommend this place because of the horrible customer service. If its so inconvenient for you to greet people, offer assistance, and be nice, maybe you should find a different job where you dont deal with customers.

We were looking to try out a new pizza place to potentially order from regularly, and happened upon Geneva Pizza when we were searching. We figured wed give them a call, since we live less than 1 mile from this location. But, mysteriously, they "dont deliver to us"! From their door, they would have to take a left onto Millenia and go down to the Oak Ridge light, hang another left, and travel less than half a mile to our complex. How do you deliver, but dont deliver to someone that is literally less than ONE MILE away from your location? Absolutely ridiculous, topped off with horrible customer service.

Im going to have to agree with last few reviews. Starts with a special I saw online. Placed order and realized the wings didnt come up on receipt. Called and was informed it was only for dine in. Placed order anyway. Supposedly 30-45 mins. Well over an hour. Did I mention the person on the other end wasnt very customer friendly. Told me driver just left and to wait outside. Waited outside for another 25 min before guy shows up. All of that and pizza wasnt even great. Start to finish this wasnt a good experience. Overpriced and service was subpar. Will not order from again.

Ordered here when I was visiting Orlando, the pizza was the most disgusting thing Ive ever eaten. It was cold and not to mention they took almost an hour and a half to deliver. The wings didnt look like wings, pretty sure we ate rat. They get all of their business form tourists. They put their flyer under the doors of hotel rooms and dont even have the real name of their "restaurant" or address on there so people dont look it up. The second day I got a second flyer with the same exact phone number but a different name.

This company offers no refunds because they would go out of business. They need to learn how to make better food and have better customer service skills. We got a cold over baked pizza. When we called to complain, they hung up on us. We called again to ask for another fresh pizza and they hung up again. We had to drive to the store at 2am, argue with the guy about the poor quailty, and service. Then he finally said that we can get a new pizza. To bad it still looks and tastes bad. Dont waste your money. 7-11 is better

Best pizza in town! Even if it takes a little bit more time to wait compare to pizza-hut or dominos, their pizza are best! Its fresh and so gooooood! Its not a microwave pizza like dominos, its made from fresh ingredients right in front of you! It takes 45 min to 1 hour to be delivered to you, sometimes it takes 1 hour and 10 min but this happens because they are busy, EVERYONE makes orders from Geneva Pizza. Love them!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Wasnt even able to order anything. I called asking for specials. The guy said they dont have any. Then changed his mind, saying they only have specials if you walk into the shop. I proceeded to ask for just the price of a large pizza and he hung up on me!! Not once, but 3 times after I tried calling back. Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service, very nasty employees and the owner does not care about his guest. Also the wait times are ridiculous they tell you 30 min and you end up waiting 2 hrs. The food isnt great either DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I live in the same complex as them and they wont deliver, they only cater to hotels to make money
