I must say that the deli has pretty good food. But their biggest problem is they never seem to be open. They usually close on Saturdays by 4pm, which is fine, but today we went up to get some food and they were closed for the 4th of July holiday, from June 29 through July 5 opening again on July 6th. A week or so before this, I went up on the day the Cavs had their celebration parade and they were close on that day also. I have to drive about 20 minutes to get to the deli. One gentleman getting out of his car that day with me said he went out of his way to visit the deli and they are closed. Your business is to service the customers. And I guess I am bothered that you are closed by 4pm on Saturdays. How about staying open until at least 6pm for dinner. Maybe you need to get more employees that you trust if you want the time off as an owner.

I highly recommend the Old World Deli to anyone! Personally, I have only tried their gyros, but out of all of the others I have tried, their gyros are certainly the best. I dont doubt that the other items on the menu arent just as good, though because I have heard good things about those as well. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. Old World Deli is a family owned restaurant, and they are all very friendly. I can tell that they put a lot of care into their restaurant, and it seems to give their food a special and personal touch. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming as well, even though the place is small. Also, they definitely know how to make a customer happy because one time I called them not knowing that it was literally right at the time of closing, but they still took my order! :)

Old World Deli only has a few vegan options; namely their hummus, tabouli, grape leaves, and falafel; but theyre all delicious. Most items come out in about five minutes, making this a good lunch spot, although you may have to wait a bit longer for the falafel.

Turkey club is amazing! Made with fresh ingredients, it has a good amount of turkey and bacon. Its huge! The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Their baklava and cheesecake are alo great. Its a very nice place to go to for lunch.

Love this place! Very friendly family business and the food is wonderful. I always get the Reuben and its huge and delicious. I also love their hummus which is nice and tangy and the pita is always warm and fresh.

Awesome food!!! Gyro was THE best! Homemade coleslaw was just like Grandma used to make. The Rueben with the side of pickle spears....perfect. Will definitely return. Looking forward to it.
