After counting all my monies to pay for too many items that I placed in my shopping cart...I was short .45 cents...an exceptionally observant front manager noticed my plight and asked if I could use .50 cents...as she handed me 2 quarters ...smiling broadly she helped me bag the rest of my items. As she walked away..she said you have a wonderful day!!! Only at Food City!!!

Good location, clean, friendly staff. I have them three stars because i have purchased around 10 items that were out of date in the last year and had to throw them away when i got home. Instead of having to check each item I put in my buggy for a good date, I forgo food city for Wal-Mart lately

Its not the greatest grocery store not even one of the best food citys, but its close to where im staying and it does have the necessities that I need. The people are pretty friendly there especially the gentleman working the gas station.

Food city was busy all lanes open and checking out was seamlessly easy but with my limited walking ability the hard part was carrying the groceries in the house lol

Its expensive and its outdated. To be a locally owned business you would think it would be more adjusted to its local area on prices. Sad to say walmart is cheaper.
