Cheyenne at Panera at The Greene is who you want if you get Bagel Packs on a regular basis like we do. I used to go to the store near the Fairfield Mall because it is closer to our home, but they could never get my order right (so frustrating, how hard could it be!). The Panera at the Greene is better than the one near the Fairfield Mall, and Cheyenne filled the order perfectly. If all Paneras employees were like her, it would be an amazing place and I would go more often and without trepidation. Thanks Cheyenne!

This place should quit delivery. Over half my orders from the app have had things forgotten. It started good but this place cares 0 about the customer. For the price you pay you expect better service or at least a phone call and not charged for items you never get. I wont support this location anymore in person or through the app.

My to-go order was incorrect, when I called they delivered the corrected order to my house and included some goodies for the trouble. They were very apologetic and had excellent customer service. Errors happen, its human nature, its how it was handled that was exceptional.
