we just ordered delivery and they forgot one meal, they remembered the rice, but they forgot the main dish. called to tell them, and all they did was argue with me. then they put the phone down while they argued together. they hung up on me after 5 minutes of arguing amongst themselves. I called back and they said what you want. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! we had to go up there in the snow (which is why we ordered out in the first place, to avoid going to the grocery store!) and we returned the food since they only wanted to argue about the missing dish instead of rectify the problem!! I am a really nice and patient person and probably should have been mean when they argued and hung up on me, but thats not who i am. Oh well, chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen... this one will not get our business, business from my office, or our neighbors business ever again!!!!!

My wife and I get their General Tsos Chicken combo (C.21) with white rice on a fairly regular basis. We have never had a bad experience ordering from here. The woman who takes orders / runs the place is extremely nice and seems like she runs a tight ship. She certainly knows what she is doing. The food is typically ready in 10 minutes. I love their egg rolls. When we go to pick it up, the dining area is small but clean, and if you peer past the counter youll see that the kitchen looks spotless. No joke. Were so comfortable ordering here that we drive past a couple similar establishments on our way to pick it up. I dont know how someone could do a better job in this category.

I went there today for lunch and was disgusted by the service provided to me by the cashier. When placing my order she was nothing but dude and snobby to my girlfriend and I. This experience was only made worse by her extreme incompetence as a cashier when we did not receive half of our order. When I tried calling to complain about it nobody seemed to be there. I dont expect much from Chinese food restaurants in shopping centers but I do expect the cashier to not be such a ride, incompetent, and overall disgusting individual. I would not recommend.

This chinese place is very good. They have the best chinese around is what I think. The only bad thing is that they are really bad at delivery. Look, if you want your meal, just pick it up. I would advice you not to have it deliverd to your house unless you want it and hour and forty five minutes later. Just order it over the phone and pick it up. They have very good meals though. Just pick it up okay? and thats....THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

King Yuan is an awesome restaurant. Their fried rice is the best Ive had in this area, and they are extremely friendly. My family orders two pints of fried rice and eggrolls from them a few times a month, and theyd never messed up our orders. The food is always nice and hot when we bring it home. Check them out!

I ordered shrimp egg fooyoung that is not greasy at all, really tasty and my husband enjoyed it a lot. I ordered shrimp rice noodle which is clean and light taste, it is real Chinese food with the light taste. I enjoyed it so much that I will keep trying other food too.

I want to give this place a high score because their Egg Foo Young is pretty much as good as it gets and its delicious (and I mean its actually really, really good), but sadly the rest of the food on the menu that Ive tried is kind of awful.

I had the house special mei fun. The portion was decent but the food was pretty bland and tasteless. I had to use a LOT of soy sauce to get some kind of taste going. Im sure there other dishes might be better options?
