Ive eaten here before and theres one glaring issue that stands out to me. Once your server brings your food, they want nothing to do with you. We ended up having to flag down someone (who was not our server) to give us the bill so we could finally leave. We probably couldve left, ran some errands, watched a movie, and taken a nap, and returned without having been missed at all. Our server could give Houdini a run for his money for the disappearing act he pulled. We still didnt see him after we left either. Maybe he got sucked into the Lorain version of the Bermuda Triangle. Oh, and my order was also completely wrong. I reiterated what I wanted at least three times and still got something completely different. Instead of a quesadilla I got an embarrassment. I was so saddened i couldnt eat it. Plus, I didnt want to wait another two hours for a box to take it home. I could have returned it and waited for the correct item but that wouldve taken another three hours. All in all the place has taken a drop in quality, and if I were to eat there again, Id just order takeout.

Been going to Don TEQUELA for over 10 years seen arriving back to the states. Very family oriented restaurant. I never ever had a bad experience with the food or staff. When I do the staff and owners always remedy the issues right away. The owners make me and wife feel like family. I have travel throughout the states on business and try different Mexican restaurants along the way to compared it to Don Tequila. Some food or drinks were better but the main difference with Don tequila is the family oriented atmosphere that I always enjoy when I go. I have seen many Mexican restaurants open and close in the area and Don TEQUELA has last them all out. They are well know from here and all the way to Guam. Great job.

One of the worst experiences ever. Food is not authentic or fresh at all. What we were served was soggy, mushy microwaved assembly line food. Red flags went up when our food came out after five minutes of ordering. Not to mention the sewer fly that kept landing on my food. The service was unfriendly to say the least. Half way through our meal we were ready to leave. After paying our bill the clerk told me he couldnt give me a receipt. It literally took three different people and a argument in front of other customers to finally get a receipt. I have gotten much better service and food at Taco Bell. I would highly not recommend this place.

Terrible service. I seen one server Open and drop a beer And set it on the counter And another server Pick it up Wipe it off And sent it out to a customer. I confronted Him And he said That beer was fine There was nothing wrong with it. And for some reason They put broccoli In their fajitas. I was in Arizona recently and At a Mexican restaurant And ask them if theyve ever heard of such a thing And they said they did not know what theyre doing and that was not Mexican food.

If youre looking for a magic show this is the place to come. The waiter does a disappearing act after they give you your drinks and take your order. Want Guac for your chips? Good luck! Had to flag down a totally different waitress to even get it, and that was after we had our food. Ive tried to give this place a chance, but after multiple bad experiences I will not be going back and will not recommend anyone to go here. Just terrible.

We used the coupon in our Entertainment coupon book, thank goodNess it was half price, we would have really been disappointed if it had been full priced. We both got the 2 ta o dinner. The tacos dripped grease and were absolutely tasteless, not to be be out untastelessed was the Mexican rice. The rice was red / orange in color with no flavor at all. Too bad. Would be too soon to ever go back again. Too bad.

what used to be a favorite mexican restaurant is now terrible. nachos were soggy, no cheese and loaded with sour cream. no jalapenos. chimichanga was a soggy chalupa. no cheese, loaded with sour cream no jalapenos. in fact all the food was a soggy mess with no cheese or peppers. yuck. wont be going back

If I could give zero stars I would. Two times coming here now where our food was wrong. Never bring out guacamole when you order it, but they sure do try and charge you for it. Would never recommend to anyone!!! Waiter goes missing half way through dinner, awful experience, never coming back.

Food was great! We got the Fajitas for 2 and it plenty but we only got 3 shells each, server never came back to check on us. Would have been nice to get more but honestly, I find this to be common in most Mexican Restaurants. Still 5 stars!
