I went there for lunch with three friends. It took us an hour and a half to get our food and it wasnt busy. Our waitress would say she was bringing us different things we asked for and then forget. Then she kept messing up bills and redoing them. The only way I could get her to come back and take our money was stand up and pretend I was going to leave. She takes our and money and does the most unforgiveable thing I have ever experienced in a restaurant. SHE STOLE OUR CHANGE!!!!! All four of us got our paper money back but no silver change!!!! When we asked for it, she reached into her apron and started bringing out change and then went back and looked at the bills. My sisters bill was $13.21. She brought her back 30 cents. We were appalled that we had to deal with an incompetent waitress who was ALSO A THIEF!!!! Needless to say, we left no tip for the thief. As were leaving the restaurant, she yelled loudly, "THANKS FOR THE TIP, LADIES!!" As if she really expected a tip from us???? Talked to manager who said she would take care of it. One of my friends talked to Corporate who said she was new and was "coached". WHAT?????????? I would NEVER, EVER, FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE GO TO SUCH A PLACE THAT HAS BAD SERVICE, WAITRESSES THAT ARE THIEVES AND THEN YELL INSULTING COMMENTS TO CUSTOMERS WHO WERE THEIR VICTIMS!!!. The waitresss name was Kaycee or Kaydee or something close to that. I will continue to steer people away from this place forever. We never got an apology from the business or anything to show they remedied their situation with the THIEF. If you do go to this place, plan on extremely poor service, and count your change carefully. Especially if your waitress is Kaycee or Kadee. Shes an out and out thief and shouldnt be anywhere dealing with the public and their money.

We had to move inside because we werent waited on outside (9pm on a Tuesday) after being seated there by the hostess. Waited 10 minutes for beers. Ordered food brought out by an obnoxious runner who didnt know or care who got what. He just threw the food down on the table. We had to go up to the bar to get our own refills because our server was nowhere to be found. Found out that the servers were off in a corner eating off of the wing buffet. The bartender was rarely behind the bar, as she was grazing the buffet too. Wings were cold. Sandwich and fries were lukewarm. Avoid this place if you have any other choice. No one that was working there seemed to care at all about providing customer service. Will never go back.

The restaurant looks really nice. Theres a huge patio that can accommodate alot of people. I went there twice once for lunch and once for dinner. The waitress for my dinner was very nice and timely. Unfortunately when I came back for lunch a few days later I got a different waitress. When I asked for a substitute side with my meal I got attuide. And after taking my order she ignored the table as much as she could. The food is decent and there is a plethora of sauce and beer choices.

It was not overly busy but the service seems slow even though there were a lot of workers standing around. We had the homemade chips and dip as an appetizer. Really kind of bland. I had the pecan crusted chicken salad. It sounded very good and it was only decent. The lettuce was a bit limp like it had been sitting around for a while. The pecan crusted chicken would have been better warm but it was served cold. My husband got the wings and said they were very good.

This QSL is on the Vermillion River. Great being on the river on a beautiful day. We were there last year too. This year we both got the Mahi Mahi tacos, they were listed as Street Eats. Dont bother. They gave you 2 silver dollar sized Very Grainy corn tortillas, literally 2 strands of coleslaw, and 1 bit-sz chunk of Mahi Mahi. Quite hot, which I suppose was good to cover for lack of flavor. Very disappointed in that dish

HAD EATEN AT THIS PLACE THIS FRIDAY. HAD THE FISH ALL YOU CAN EAT . RAN OUT OF FOOD THE FRIST HALF HOUR THAT I WAS THERE.HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE FOOD TO COME OUT OF KITCHEN.ALSO HAD TO WAIT ON THE WAITRESS TO COME TO THE TABLE TO ORDER THE FOOD THAT WE WANTED.HAD ONLY TWO PEOPLE AT THE TABLE. IT SEEMED THE WAITRESS WAITED ON THE PEOPLE THAT HAD MORE AT A TABLE.ALSO I DIDNT LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE. FOOD WAS COLD

Slow Service, lamp heated food. I understand we came in off the river from canoeing so we looked sort of like bums. Does not mean your service should be slow. I normally tip really, really well. Like above 20% well, this time I will not be leaving but maybe 10%. When I waited tables I was better on my worst day then on this ones best day and never judged my customers by appearance.

Quaker Steak and Lube have done away with there Boom Boom Shrimp which i thought was one of the best things on the menu. Then i was told they did away with the Boom Boom Sauce entirely. As far as I am concerned there is no other reason to go there and pay there over priced prices when I can go up the street to Rudys and get better food and drink for less.

The waitress was nice, it took forever to get our food. The perch sandwiches had two small pieces on it. The onion rings were burnt the mahi tacos came with nothing and had two one inch pieces of mahi on each taco. They fell apart. Then the fries were cold. The ribs were very boney! Dont recommend!

The atmosphere provided by boaters and the Vermilion River are the saviors of this place. I would call everything except for the wings, friend pickles, and magna fries sub-par. Great place to stop and get a drink if youre boating as the river side patio is pleasant. Wouldnt go there to dine in.

Cranking the throttle back into neutral to hit the outside bar dock just right where everyones like damn this guy needs to cruise my 48 footer so I can get and cruise to each island. I love this place. Since theyve opened in this location its been super awesome. Friends all enjoy it

Love the atmosphere, love the outside dining option and scenery. The wings on the other hand were a bit overcooked then slathered with some VERY tasty barbecue sauce. Take the good with the bad. The wait staff was excellent I will definitely return again and again!

Great view of the river inlet from the deck. Outdoor seating and indoor seating. Nice classic car decorations. This is one of the classic Quaker steak and lubes, not just one of them taking over a newer fast food joint building.

Server was very nice but they were out of lots of basics and people were smoking all over the deck (even though we were told it was supposed to be none smoking). We and another couple had to move inside to get away from the smoke.
