I would give this a negative star if I could. Made a to go order missing blue cheese and childrens drinks needless to say.. While on the phone the girl was more concerned with whatever guy had walked in instead of paying attention to get her job. When my husband went in to pick up the order the girls was more into whatever the make manager had to say than paying attention to the paying customer. Which she wouldnt have if there wasnt paying Customer. The manager Chelsea was even less concerned about the issue and thought it would logical for me to get in my car, waste my had to drive back over minor things. Worst because we paid in cash. Of course we paid things that,we did not receive. Didnt ask for any information and supposedly it will be noted. I will not return here ever. They need to replace management with people who can actually do their job and be concerned about a problem.

I have such mixed feelings about this place. My boyfriend and I prefer it over Hooters cause the food is actually good. LOVE the bbq chicken salad. Everytime we eat there the service is great and we leave happy. But working busy schedules we often want to just pick up take out on the way home. Whether you order there or over the phone its a painful experience. Its like youve asked the girls to do rocket science. They get confused with any alteration from the menu. Takeout is always a disappointment. Wed go someplace else but the salad is so good!

Came here on a date with my boyfriend once. We were seated quickly and then promptly ignored for over half an hour while our waitress flirted with the table next to ours. She walked passed us several times, almost tripping over my boyfriends foot once. We were not even given menus. Worst experience Ive ever had with a restaurant. I will never return here. We left and went to Chilis where we received excellent customer service and had a truly wonderful waitress.

Three points to note here; The food was actually pretty good. I expect average quality when I walk into joints like this, and it was way better than I expected. The booty. Holy mother of all things booty. The atmosphere was comfortable. When complimented by an amount of booty that would make you move to Brandon, its like home- or what youd wish your home was like, if youre less fortunate. Would eat here again.

Food was good, but wish the servers had clothes on. It was embarrassing to stumble in with my husband and 9 year old grandson. Food was okay. At least advertise scantily clad servers on the outside to be able to decide before entering if "bare butts" will enhance the taste of the food.

I thought this was just a typical restaurant. When my Wife, my son and I walked in our mouths dropped. My son wouldnt look at the waitress, when ordering and he turned red lol. This however has great food and the service was awesome. Nice environment when we went in the afternoon.

This winghouse is staffed with excellent staff and the management keeps a tight ship. The kitchen is prompt with your orders and you can expect hospitality and consistent attention from the wait staff. They will ensure you are enjoying yourself and have everything you need.

Have enjoyed my visits here! I always try and find open seats at the bar where Maddie T is working, not only is she a great bartender and our drinks always come out perfect but she is fun to be around and makes sure everyone has a good time. Will be back to visit her :)

Sucks I have to even give this place 1 star. There were only 2 other patrons on the patio and I walked out after waiting over 15 minutes for a water and soda. Not to mention they allow stray cats to run around the patio area, gross! Keep it moving to hooter like we did.

Food was warm, service was horrible, had to ask for drink refill from different server, silverware had dried food on it, only saw server when she took order and brought bill. Everyone was in their own world, girls were not even all that. Guess it was an off day

Horrible service.. was seated right away however 20 minutes passed and not one server asked for our drinks.. Table next me is seated and within 2 minutes a server is bringing their drinks and taking their order.. Will not be coming back to this location.

Customer service at this location is terrible. You better know someone that works there if you expect to get any kind of quality service. I have experienced poor service on multiple occasions. Would not recommend, food is barely acceptable.

Was seated back porch, no server finally I went 2 bar 4 a beer, after waiting 15 min..got a beer & bartender took my order..happy hour, 2$ beer is great, ordered a fish sandwich at 1204, lets c how quick the process is & how good fish is..

Seriously the worst wings Ive ever had. Tried the hot breaded and the "House on Fire" not and couldnt tell the difference between the two. Felt like I was inconveniencing the staff the entire time I was there. I want my $25 back

In town game conference, alot of bodies but the ladies handled the crowd very well. Had great service and love the wings and shrimp. Must say the ladies are very beautiful. Keep up the good work

First off had to be re-sat due to numerous flies on first table. Waitress tried but fell short of 5 stars. Just didnt seem to be in sync with kitchen. Food was good.

Wings were nice and crunchy (non-breaded). I was there for the Canelo-Khan fight and the service was fast for the amount of people there.
