WOW, what a let down. My boyfriend and I went here for a relaxing date night, not expecting much more than casual service, good bar food, and a great atmosphere. Not only was the food over priced for what youre getting, the service was beyond terrible and we didnt even get everything we ordered. After a long hot day of walking around Mayfair, I was really excited for our appetizer, chips and guac, yum! Yet when the plate reached the table, my mind could not believe my eyes; the chips filled a small soup bowl and the guac sat in a miniature sized ramekin. I could have mustered more chips in this basket with a pint-sized handful. Not only that but a tablespoon of guac would have been more than what we were served, literally. I had hope though, laughing the appetizer round off and looking forward to our burgers; all restaurants have to make their money somehow anyway, right? But sadly my hopes were poorly guided. Our burgers were missing half their ingredients and the ones that made it to the plate were more than scarce. A ghost burger with fried jalps, fresh jalps, and ghost pepper sauce came out as not much more than a plain burger with some cheese and three fresh jalps slapped on. While Ill admit the burgers were actually cooked somewhat well themselves, I never had the chance to even begin to enjoy them as our server had not given me water to drink. Okay well she gave me a water, when she first sat us and right as we were leaving. We began and finished our burgers entirely with empty glasses before our cups were ever re-filled, despite three waitresses/waiters and a MANAGER passing our table. The waiter next to our table was really the best though, ignoring our pleas for service to instead preform magic trips to patrons using various straws and bins filled with water. Leaving the restaurant, I seriously regretted not talking to a manager. But I didnt care for a refund, they need all they can get, and I certainly did not want a free coupon to eat there again as Ill never step through those doors again. Do not give this place a try. I will be recommending others on multiple sites as well as verbally to not come here and strongly advise against other locations. Such a waste of time, money, and what could of been a good burger.

I love Red Robin let me start by saying that but this last visit was awful to say the least. My friend and I went to eat lunch and were very excited being that its one of our favorite places. But this time we had a waitress named Kelly I believe, she took FOREVER with the drinks then came back to tell us that we were her last table and she would finally get to go home, as a former I serve I understand that feeling but I still feel every table should be taken well care of. She then disappeared for most of the time we were there and the hostess helped us with refills and sauces and such. She then reappeared begging us to fill out a survey so she could win a contest and some bonus which I didnt really appreciate considering she was terrible. After sitting in the corner staring at us for 15 minutes realizing we werent gonna fill it out she came and said and I quote "yall dont have to fill it out, every single one of my other tables today have except yall so just forget it" then hurried away before we could even respond. About 20 minutes after she came back to see how we wanted our checks. I said we would like them separate so she starts to click around on the little tablet on the table. She said hers is 17.09 and yours is like maybe 2 dollars more Im not sure the exact number, I stopped her before she ran off again that Id like copies of the receipts before paying and that Id like to know how much it was, she came back with the receipts and we paid. She came back and counted out the change on the table in front of me and then ended up giving me the wrong change at this point we were both so annoyed with sitting there waiting for her to reappear that we just left. Needless to say we were both disappointed compared to previous visits and hope to never have this waitress again.

We use to go to Red Robin at least once a week, we loved this place..I normally dont write bad reviews, but Im doing this in hopes theyll fix these issues. The last 3 times weve been there, weve left saying well not go back. Unfortunately we gain back our hope and go again, only to be disappointed again. Somethings that have made us feel this way is our wait times. We waited over an hour to be seated one time, when we were told only 20 minutes, we kept asking how much longer and we were told one more minute everytime. Tonight we waited 15 minutes after being seated for the waitress to take our drink orders and waited 40 minutes to get our food. We werent the only ones, every table around us waited about the same and the place wasnt that busy. My husband asked to have his salad brought out before the meal, they forgot it, that would be the third time theyve done that. We never got drink refills either, but our waitress was really busy she had a lot of tables and last time our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed as well. So I have a hard time blaming it on the waiter and waitresses, I think its management. Seems to me they need more help. The food tonight was so so, I got the fish and chips, parts of my fish was hard and chewy. My daughters pizza was over sauced and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Weve definitely had better meals there. I think they were rushed and dont have enough help. I hope they fix these problems.

I usually think this is a great place to eat, however on the 28th of July, it was not. Family, friends and I went here for my birthday on a Friday night. the restaurant wasnt busy at all. There were nine of us. Im not sure if they have a new cook or something but 8/9 burgers were burnt crisp around the edges and another was sent back for being burnt all the way through. Choosing not to send 9 burgers back and to just deal with it is what we did. The server wasnt very good either. My wife ordered a burger with pickles and ketchup and fries with cheese on them. She received a plain burger and plain fries. The dr. pepper syrup was apparently out because the 3 she brought to the table were 2 shades from clear and the server said "our Dr. Pepper machine needs to be serviced" instead of just fixing it. Also took 50 mins to get food after we ordered, and again, this wasnt a busy restaurant. My father-in-law ordered a order of wings that he wanted well done, he also didnt get his wish granted as they were still very slimy when served. I have ate here 20 times, this is the worst experience ive had here. Not a great birthday dinner. (didnt do anything for birthdays either)

Embarrassed to tears! Visited Red Robin in Wilmington, NC on 1/1512. The waiter mocked me due to a handicap. When I tried to explain to the waiter, was interrupted numerous times. The manager praised the waiters past work experience. Was brought the wrong food. I did pay, was offered free whatever, but Red Robin has lost my trust. I have a medical condition that I CANNOT tolerate jalapeno peppers. I had to pick them off the second burger they brought, NO jalapeno peppers are listed as the ingedients on that burger. I understand mistakes get made, but the managers stance was that he was sorry about how wrong I was, how hard it was to work in the kitchen, ect... I did take the burgers home so my children could have them, but I will never go back, and I will make sure that everyone in my support groups and church are aware. Andrew, Brian, dont get sick......
