I have been coming here since I was a kid. It has changed hands several times, and I am happy to report that the burgers and fries have stayed consistently awesome! I have read some reviews that criticized that the burgers are made up ahead of time and kept in a warmer. That is correct and the warmer in no way compromises the quality of the food. The warmer is a steamer and the burgers always taste fresh and are never dried out. The fries are made to orger so they are always hot. They have added and deleted other things over the years, but the food isnt the only attraction. This is a 50s style soda shop with counter service that is unique in this age . My only complaint is that they will be closed at odd hours. As someone in the food service business for many years, it is unprofessional to close in the middle of the day when you have hours posted that do not reflect that. Also, if you need to close for some RARE and unplanned ocassion, you should post a sign that explains the closure and also have the time that you will reopen. Additionally, you should have a manager or shift leader in house at all time to cover when employees call off.

We wanted to try this place out given its longevity as we were visiting Winchester for the day. After we ordered, they asked us if we wanted to put the tip on our c.c. and I said "yes". Foolish me; I tipped them 20 percent. The one worker said he would bring our food out to us as we chose outdoor seating. When the shakes were ready, this was not the case. He opened the little service window and told me they were ready and to come get them. The same thing occurred with our burgers and fries. I couldnt believe I gave them a $5 tip. The food was a disappointment and the cheese fries were nasty. The outdoor dining atmosphere was ruined by the shady passers by as well.

My daughter, grandson and I stoped by there and they was out of everything we wanted!! Hamburgers was in a heating oven no onions or pickles they heated the cheese on the gril to put on the burger!! There was no ice for fountain drinks! I always loved this place and i was very disappointed!! My grandson wouldnt even eat the burger he said i dont like it!! I will never eat there again or recommend this place to anyone!! I wouldnt serve that food to my dog!!

It wasnt the food that was bad. It was rather delicious, but the place didnt have much food left. So we didnt really get to order what we wanted. The people seemed like they were ready to go home. We had to order outside for some reason. At least the strip that its on is very nice. Im not saying this place is bad, I guess you have to go early. While you there check out the area, lots of cool picture opportunities.

Got there at 4:30 pm to be told they were closing at 5 and only had one burger left. Before we could order they started cleaning the grill. They really didnt want our business. Went across the mall to CrepeWorx and got a great meal. Snow white grill was a favorite of mine back in the day, but I found them to be rude this time around. If they wanted to be out the door at 5 they should close at 4.

One of the worst places where Ive eaten. We (3) ordered the cheeseburgers (4) each for a total of 12. The small, and I mean extremely small burgers were already made and sitting in a warmer. The meat was the size of a quarter and luke warm. You got 95% bread and 5% meat. I do not know how they have survived. White castle has nothing to worry about. $40.00 dollars wasted.

After some bad reviews I was hesitant to go here, but I am glad I did. The wait can be long if they are busy as there is only one grill. The staff is friendly and always checks to make sure the food and service is up to par. Its a cool little Burger Joint in downtown Winchester that I can always count on for affordable and great food.

Havent been here in years and heard it had changed owners. Drive an hour on a Saturday to find it closed at 3:30 PM... Burgers have always been good but likely wont be making the drive out here again if they cant manage to stay open during their posted business hours.

I love this place! It has that good home town feel and the workers are pleasant and friendly. Love the good. Its the perfect treat to brighten your day. I also leave that Patsy Cline ate here and all the memorabilia inside. Love it. Dont ever change!

Ive been here several times as a child. It was extremely busy around lunch time today and they managed to get me my food within a quick 5 minutes with 6 other people in front of me. I was so impressed, the food was also hot and delicious.

Been there 3 times in 3 weeks and the place has been closed all 3 times. Do not trust the hours posted here or on the building because they close and open when they want to. I will not drive 20 miles to get their food again.

I brought my granddaughter Lila Bell for lunch. Lila is the great great grand daughter of original owners J. C. Hall and Nancy Steryous . Came for lunch and a history lesson. Not the way it use to be....but not bad.

For all the hype that surrounded this place, I simply cant recommend it. A boutique "white castles" basically, except about 10x more expensive. Service was friendly, but not very fast. Food is mediocre at best.

Burgers come out of a warmer, already cooked and assembled with pickle, onion, and bun. Nothing cooked to order. Server will ask for payment and tip upon first bite. The place is for sale if youre interested.

Food wasnt too bad but there was 1 girl working and it took 45 min to get 4 burgers and a hot dog for lunch on a Monday! Is hate to see how long it would take if they were busy!

Snow White used to be a classy place to grab a quick burger. Now its a hour wait while the cooks watch the orders, instead of filling the orders.

Read alot of great reviews, was disapointed with the food. Prices are kind of high for low quality/average food. Their fries are soggy and oily.

Well, giving 2 stars because I love the food, but that was then. Now we are sitting here at 1215 on a Sunday and not open. Too bad.

Some of the smallest, most delicious hamburgers youll find. Not quite Five-Guys quality, but it has a nice downtown-diner feel to it.

They were short on help. The prices were outrageous. 2.50 for a slider burger is crazy. Definitely need to be more organized.

I miss this place. Moved away from the Winchester 10 years ago. Do you deliver. :). Only a 9 hour drive to Alabama

Awesome sliders as usual, service is slipping, if you cant take an order with an iPad, go back to a pen and paper
